能给出确切答复，想看这里有没有人了解。
按照保险公司提供的购买方案，在默认7.1%收益率的情况下，选择20年按月付款的方式
，一个月付$210，付满20年就可以cover终生，到死可以拿回$50万。
这里有几个问题：
1、买时是按照7.1%收益率，但如果买了以后，如果有的年份实际收益率低于7.1%，而
有的年份高于7.1%，是不是每月的premium都会随之变动？极端一点，如果20年内实际
收益率一直低于7.1%，该怎么算？是每月多交？还是20年以后再计算差值补交？如果是
20年以后补差值，那是已经5、60岁了，计算的rate是不是要按照5、60岁来计算，那样
的话将会非常昂贵。
2、按照7.1%的收益率，一切都顺利，买完20年，可以不用买了。但根据保险公司计算
的方式，实际是20年以后你的本金加增长的资金按照7.1%的收益率，已经足够可以
cover买保险的premium，所以你不用再交钱了。但如果20年以后，收益率大幅下降，我

看到保险有好多种，HMO，EPO，PPO之类，基本定义是这个样子：
HMO，有primary care physician，有health network，network之外不cover；
EPO，不需要指定primary care physician，有health network，network之外不cover；

要出一些钱，network之外cover一部分，deductible比较高。

标 题: 请教几个关于IUL保险的问题

正在进行Nationwide IUL protector保险的购买申请，但是发现了几个问题，agent没
能给出确切答复，想看这里有没有人了解。
按照保险公司提供的购买方案，在默认7.1%收益率的情况下，选择20年按月付款的方式
，一个月付$210，付满20年就可以cover终生，到死可以拿回$50万。
这里有几个问题：
1、买时是按照7.1%收益率，但如果买了以后，如果有的年份实际收益率低于7.1%，而
有的年份高于7.1%，是不是每月的premium都会随之变动？极端一点，如果20年内实际
收益率一直低于7.1%，该怎么算？是每月多交？还是20年以后再计算差值补交？如果是
20年以后补差值，那是已经5、60岁了，计算的rate是不是要按照5、60岁来计算，那样
的话将会非常昂贵。

本人：３流ＰＨＤ在３流小银行做了３年desk quant。
offer a：某bb大银行，非top的那几个。
counteroffer b(我知道一般不要counteroffer,但有guarantee,要是过阵子把
我赶走, 我拿guarantee走人还求之不得)
compensation:
base b/a=0.6,
total(base+guarantee) 1st yr b/a=1.3,
2nd yr, b有guarantee，a没有，但是若a第二年能有第一年的bonus(一般情况下问题不
大)
那么a/b=1.12
a的优点:
大行, 可以接触更多产品, 更多技术, 更多牛人, 这个对长期career潜在帮助应该很大,
我也很期望有在大行的经历.
组里的人很nice,小老板大老板也很欣赏我.

真有点晕头转向。激动片刻后，大脑还是回归正常，仔细看完后，发现骗子的手法还是
很巧妙的。如果知道自己有资格抽签，已经登记注册过，是不是会一激动给800的处理
费。
