经历，才更由衷地祝福所有正在准备或是等待结果的人都能如愿以偿！
具体背景就不说了，反正不是那种躺着能过的强case，但也基本上属于咨询9个律师8个
愿意接的那种，自己评估属于平均略偏下的水平。所以当时在选择律师的时候就特别慎
重，因为觉得如果碰到一个好律师，包装得好还是可以一次就过的。和多个律师打过电
话，也看了很多版上的推荐，最后选了一个在版上并不是最热但几乎没有差评的律师（
团队），律师当时也offer作为guaranteed case (不成功理论上会退钱，不清楚是退钱
还是redo, 因为最后过了），这似乎对很多像我这样不是最有信心的case的一种有效的
商业手段。请注意我说的是“商业手段”。确实，在经历了之后才恍然其实guarantee
还是不guarantee都只是为了增强对你的吸引力的一种商业手段而已，决不能成为你选
择他的原因。说白了，你的case到了律师手里都是他们的一个团队在运营，和其它的

最近，几个朋友挑战我来谈谈这个题目。终于写了出来。其实这个题目一直是一个很值
得争议的话题。
当经济好的时候，人人炒股，人人是理财专家，人人都是高风险承受着，人人都期望得

一点就是政府要给人民一定的经济保障，换句话说就是要给人民发现金。因为人只有在
解除了温饱的后顾之忧之后才能够解放头脑进行更有价值的活动。当然了他的什么国家
财政靠向大财团征税就纯属扯淡了。不过发现金这一条倒是可以论证一番，而且现在已

guarantee to 1 mil or 750k.
At least, from my experience, FTP cut the 4K turbo(2:30AM 20$ buyin) to 1k
turbo on Friday, 20k guarantee(2:00AM 75$ buyin multi entry) to 5k guarantee.
Generally, the guarantee is not a problem.
But the lawsuit may break poker rooms because they are nobody comparing to
US gov. However, if US gov does not push very hard, it is very hard to break

blenheim)。明天就要和Breeder签合同了，请同学们帮我把把关，谢谢！！！帖子比较
长，附有breeder对几个关键问题的答复，contract，小狗照片附在最后。
Breeder是一个中学的特殊教育老师，40岁的白人大妈，自己有4只King Charles， 自
称hobby breeder。Breeder很有耐心，解释很多知识、接受照顾训练小狗的方法。我选
择的狗是她的second litter，有7只puppy（很高产）。
去Breeder家看过小狗，家里整个地下室都装修成了工作间，有专门的小狗的nursury、
有摆放大狗crate的专门区域、有专门的工作区域，家里非常整齐、干净！
Breeder坚持要求照看小狗到第10周，会有各2次的dewore和vaccine，第8周会开始
crate training。有一年的健康保证。
