Bikila (on roads) 2 weeks ago. So far it's been great (knock wood...) - the
usual dull pain on left knee during the first few miles totally disappeared
, but the lower leg muscle sored for a couple days.
i guess i can be that guinea pig and report back if anything goes wrong :) |

I do think a mid 4.0 should be able to bagel mid 3.5. Typically many 4.0s
are 4.0- to mid 4.0, 3.5 are mostly mid 3.5 to solid 3.5s....
im a mid to solid 4.5 I think, will be playing a mid 4.0 this Saturday. Let

Drink:

我们行程：10月15日纽约出发16日到罗马，20日罗马租车去锡耶纳，21日锡耶纳开车到
佛罗伦萨，24日佛罗伦萨坐火车到威尼斯，26日威尼斯回纽约。

我们到罗马后第一餐去了穷游上推荐的L'archetto, 在威尼斯广场（Piazza Venezia）
边上的小巷子里, Via dell'Archetto 26。最好7：30pm之前到，因为饭店很popular，
我们吃到一半的时候外面就排起了长队。我们按推荐点了2份pasta的拼盘（Assaggino
），自己选了2种口味，服务生推荐了第三种口味，都很棒。还点了0.25升house wine
(red)，再加一份蔬菜（自助的）和一份panna cotta。一共40多欧。客人太多了，服务
生都忙不过来，所以点菜上菜结账都比较慢，但是东西好吃也不贵。

我觉得我浇水不是很多呀，前段时间很热的时候它们都快蔫了。。。
不过我都懒得浇根部，就直接上面喷，难道青椒跟番茄一样？？
不过我在有一个阳光不够的地方种了一棵尖辣椒，都没有烂诶，不过就是结的挺慢的。

会有人觉得喝了一杯啤酒明天就肝硬化了吧。常喝红酒还被认为是健康的行为。
关于神油的毒性，主要是来自wiki上提到的小老鼠实验。版上提到这个实验结果的，大
部分没有提到这个实验只对"男老鼠"有效，并且它的infertility效果是可逆的，只有
暂时的影响。实验结果，在停用之后4-6周，男老鼠即恢复正常。同样的infertility情
况并没有出现在同时实验的guinea pig和兔子身上。 －－印度人用了这个神油两千年
了，人口可不少。
