「印度非洲論壇峰會」閉幕。印度對非洲提出未來3年57億美元援助計畫，換來
非洲國家支持印度爭取成為聯合國安全理事會常任理事國。
為期2天的「印度非洲論壇峰會」（India-AfricaForum Summit）今天落幕。
抵達衣索比亞首都阿迪斯阿貝巴（Addis Ababa）與會的印度總理曼莫漢（
Manmohan Singh），與赤道幾內亞（Equatorial Guinea）總統暨非洲聯盟（African
Union）輪值主席恩格瑪（Teodoro Obiang NguemaMbasogo）召開聯合記者會。
曼莫漢表示，印度與非洲類似的發展經驗和處境，使雙方合作可發揮雙向力道。
他重申，未來3年57億美元援非計畫，將可協助各國邁向發展目標。印度將與非洲聯盟
合作，在泛非洲、區域和雙邊等不同層面上，設立逾80個新機構，以推廣相關計畫。

,1.80,0.11%)大米”对补充人体维生素A的作用。

As the world is transfixed by a new H7N9 bird flu virus spreading through
China, a study reminds us that a different avian influenza — H5N1 — still
poses a pandemic threat.
A team of scientists in China has created hybrid viruses by mixing genes
from H5N1 and the H1N1 strain behind the 2009 swine flu pandemic, and showed
that some of the hybrids can spread through the air between guinea pigs.
