bone graft. But I switched to another periodontist, and had a flap surgery.

龋齿。同时医生一直说GUM有很多infection，由于当时时间不够多，医生建议这次先做
下超声清洗，过两周后再检查Gum的情况以及做其他全面检查，比如X-ray之类的。
我有anthem blue shield dental PPO, 1500刀的上限。cover 100%的Diagnostic/
Preventive, 另外除了Prosthodontics（denture, bridge, crown)外都是80%的cover.
不过第一次的visit就自己付了140刀左右。
不知道哪位了解这个plan，我牙齿这种情况是不是insurance cover不了多少或者不够
用啊？

The dentist consulting & 超声清洗 should be part of Preventive, which is
100% covered by your insurance policy. X-Ray should be 100% covered too. So
you should not pay any out of pocket fee at the moment unless there's other
work you didn't mention. Don't afraid to ask the front desk/reception for
the fees.
For gum infection, I highly recommend you to use a sonic electronic tooth

it unless you see a bubble on the gum(abcess) or the tooth hurting the child
. I don't know how loose the tooth is. If it's very loose, it might fall off
on it's own. That's ok. Otherwise, it has a good chance of becoming stable
or completely recover. The chance of hurting permanent teeth is very slim if
you watch it. Just watch for bubble on the gum. |

是我捋捋袖子，上翻糖，哈哈~~~~~偶来了
加做法，我这里说的是8寸的蛋糕， 照片上的用了3倍的量
蛋糕： 无添加香草戚风
A， 橙汁 80ml
色拉油 65ml
10ml的香草精（不想吃香草的，可以抹茶粉一大勺或者可可粉代替）
低粉 100g
蛋黄4-5个 ‘L’号
B， 蛋白4-5个，糖85g， 玉米粉10g ，塔塔粉少许（或者少许柠檬汁）， 盐一小撮
做法：
1,橙汁里加入色拉油， 打匀， 用筛子分三次筛入低粉，抹茶粉拌匀，再加入蛋黄，拌匀的时候注意不要搅拌的太厉害， 否则面糊会起筋
2,烤箱预热350F ，蛋白放在一个无油的盆里， 用电动搅拌器打粗泡，加入塔塔粉，依次分几次筛入糖粉，玉米粉 ，盐，然后打至干性发泡（就是把盆子倒过来也不会掉下来的时候， 成浓奶油状）
3，分几次把面糊拌入蛋白中， 入模具， 350F 45-50分钟
4，出炉以后记得倒扣， 要不蛋糕会扁下去
奶油的做法

我的智齿长得比较悲催，两颗是横着长得，还埋在gum里，属于impacted teeth，要把
gum切开然后把牙齿据成几块才能去出来，估计就不是几分钟的事儿了。
不过还是挺倾向于lz的推荐，估计去哪consultation一下

我的牙医refer我去了一个periodontist，他说我有gum disease，要我做flap surgery
。就是把gum从牙齿切开，然后清理，在缝会去。

cleaning的时候，似乎都下手太狠了，刮得我满嘴鲜血淋漓，但她解释说出血是因为我
的gum里有bacteria，不知对不对？我注意了牙齿保洁，她也说gum好了很多，但还是鲜
血淋漓......
我算是比较能忍受痛苦的人，但每次都被她整的疼得发出声，所以想换一家。不知大家
洗牙是不是也这样？能不能推荐一个比较满意的hygenist？谢谢 |

做VENNER，要把牙齿表层磨掉一部分，然后贴上个假的，看起来很美观。
不过，没有任何其他意义。
做了它以后，你咬东西要很主意，不小心，可能会把VENNER迸掉了（已经看过不少这样
的案例了），然后呢，维护也麻烦，不少人要么有了GUM INFLAMMATION（红紫色，经
常出血），要么有了GUM RECESSION（一条黑到道，或者是个槽）。每个人的反应都不
一样。当然有做的很漂亮很漂亮的：）
我以前还奇怪美国的明星，牙齿怎么都保护的那么好。
后来才明白，里边有很多到到的：P
不过呢，你要是已经决定做了，也不用太担心。
做VENNER是很赚钱的买卖，你会受到非常好的礼遇的，不管在什么诊所：） |
