affected by the wind gust.
We played a Tri-level match on Saturday in 20mph+ wind too. Opponents were
strong players and our captain called it a "must win" match to keep the lead
for going to sectionals.
My partner and I use those strategies to beat them 6-2, 6-0. (1) since wind
is side way, play every shot in the middle of the court, no dlt shots. (2)

那天风太大了,平均17, gusts 都到30 了， 而且还横着刮，不少好球都被风吹出界了。
你一个冬天都在打室内，肯定不适应，没发挥出正常水平。
我好点，都是打室外，对大风的适应能力强点。我觉得我们的差距没有比分反映
的那么大。你的topspin/kick serve跳得挺高的，很有威胁，比我平时打球的球友的弹
得都高，
我好多都没接好。就是成功率还不够高。正反手咱俩也差不多，我比赛可能打得多点，
比你稳定一点点。我觉得我比你做的好的地方主要是机会球的处理。可能也是比赛经验
丰富一点吧。你也有不少

发帖数: 809 | 7 早上坐在旅馆门口等旅行社的车来pick up。一辆大巴坐的满满的，大约一半的人是参
加Paine一日游的，剩下的一半不跟当天的车回来，会在公园里住宿几天。车在El
Calafate小镇上转悠着接人的时候，晨光初亮，远处广阔的湖、近处平整的草地、还有
稀疏散布的田舍、篱笆栅栏的牧场，都沐浴在红色的朝霞里。阿根廷境内开了有4个小
时吧，路都很平整，路况非常好，最后拐上一条有点颠簸的岔路，很快就是阿根廷海关
了。排队出关，又开了一段，就是智利海关。我们这辆车还有一个中国人，我们先等他
花时间给海关人员普及了中国护照上智利签证的使用方法，再到我们入关就很快了:-)
入关以后到海关边上的一个小店换钱。要了一个牛肉三明治，超好吃，那牛肉鲜嫩的都
咬的出汁，zeze
进智利以后路况明显变差了，一路都在颠簸。智利也不跟它邻居学学，收那么贵的签证
费，还不把路修修好... 从两国边境开始，就一路都可以看到左前方的Paine massif，
除了那一块集中的高地，四下都是一望无际的辽阔的平原，而所谓的大环，基本就是围

HIIT有很多跳的动作，不过只是跳一分钟，休息一分钟，倒是不觉得有多困难。
Sculpt用resistance band，不算是很认真的力量练习，不过，总是比不练好啊。
还好前面做了一个月的P90X。
小腿已经好了。肌肉的事还真是比较容易啊。
8/26/10： 6.5 miles w/ 2x1600
今天真热，现在都晚上10点了，居然还有75度。我照例先做好饭，7点出去跑，
温度很高，然后还顶风，gusting wind 17mph，比我跑的速度可是快多了啊。
加上又有点累，最近缺觉很厉害，陪小公主去上钢琴课，坐在那里就睡着了。
所以刚出去的时候根本跑不动。膝盖还有点疼。我想是不是不跑那个mile repeat
了，慢跑一阵算了。但是在跑道上转了几圈以后，似乎又好了一点。这样就跑
了两个1600米，9：17，9：07。最后心跳169。应该是三个的，我看天已经黑了，
又怕跑多了伤到膝盖，就少跑一点算了。
这个周末的长跑多半要重新计划了。下周是easy run，我可能还是提前到这周用
好了 |

95节大概190公里时速，图里西安到重庆之间就是这样大的风
飞机一般不怕雷劈，都走外表面过了。但是航线客机一般都会尽量绕开雨云雷电什么的
，现在的气象服务很好，起飞前飞行中都能得到数据。我认识一人因为不理空管强行进
入雨云被严重警告的。
高空的风速大但相对很稳定，不会颠簸，怕的是阵风gust和风切变，还有垂直方向的气
流，还有跑道附近别的飞机拉出来的涡流。
颠得厉害，说明翼载小，翼载小对应滑翔性能好，其实更安全。 |
