所谓tax sale，就是房产欠了city地税，而被市政府拍卖。中国大陆人国内还没有地税

很高，但是fix income，负担不了政府的地税，政府就可以放一个lien债权到这个房子

2012年的奥运会马拉松选拔赛，MEB比Ryan Hall快一点点。
去年（2013）1月份休斯顿马拉松赛前有二天与马拉松相关的博览会，马拉松组委会请
来了Ryan Hall给讲座以及讲座后有签名活动。听了讲座后，我请Ryan Hall在T恤衫、
卡片、跑步号码牌、以及他写的“Running with Joy”书上签名，并且与他合影。我的
先生笑话我是追星：）））
今年的美国半程马拉松锦标赛与20141月份休斯顿马拉松赛同时进行，聚集了美国半程
马拉松真正的精英们。所有elite参赛者被邀请参加锦标赛颁奖仪式和午餐。我在餐会
上一眼就认出MEB。他是这次全美半程马拉松锦标赛男子冠军（成绩1：01：23）。喜欢
追星的我立即拿着我的Bib请他签名，并且吹嘘我也是“第一”。他非常亲切和蔼，笑
着对我说“我是几十个人中的第一，你是几百人中的第一”。他的话引得同桌人都笑了

发帖数: 436 | 15 刚才在guild hall玩了会，和想象中的差别很大。guild hall目前为止能干的一件事就是
guild vs guild，其他的队里自己的练习，guild vault什么的都没有:( 看来要练习的
话，只能在team arena了。
和fonix，mitch试了一下guild vs. guild，3个人加上一些henchmen，在自己或者别人的
hall里对战，目的是把对方的guild lord干掉。除了guild lord以外，hall里面一般还布
置了archors,tower，和flag。archors是在大堂保护guild
lord的，flag和tower用来加moral boost，只要你把flag放到tower上面，保持两分钟，
队伍就可以增加moral
boost。感觉对比较好守，我们5个人顶住对方8个人的进攻足足有20分钟。感觉如果我们g
uild的精英都到期的话，赢还不是一件问题。guildhall可以约别的guild比赛，也可以au
tomatch. guild vs
guild是rated的，也可以是不rated的,但是automatch的话就是得rate |

发帖数: 1860 | 16 合唱队里一个tenor每次都吃Halls水果味的糖果。而他唱歌唱得真的特别好。我还以为
Halls是清嗓子的。因为我经常吃的太辣，容易生痰，所以去买了triple soothing
action的Halls糖果。昨天早晨练声前吃了2块。结果惨了，根本唱不出来。觉得喉咙非
常发紧，声音完全在咽喉部封顶了。腹部用力想让声音进入头腔，只是很奇怪的声音从
咽喉发出来。喝了一口水，喉咙冰凉透了的感觉。过了好几个小时才回复过来了。晚上
完全恢复了。
不过就是在那种情况下练了大概半个小时。晚上恢复之后，感觉自己进步了一些。让我
联想到绑上沙袋练跑步的人。沙袋解下来了就能跑的比以前还快。
再怎么说我都不敢再吃Halls了。 |

hall全家争家产，一片大乱互相诉。高院决定，以后法院把多个案子合并以后，如果当
中的一个案子判决结果出来了，失败方可以马上上诉，而不用等其他案子的结果。
俺奇怪的是，美国法制几百年，这种事要到现在才决定啊。。。。

在纽约如果不欣赏古典音乐，就真是辜负了。
朋友临时生病，下班后一个人遛遛达达去carnegie Hall听郎朗的钢琴独奏会。
记得去年同一时期在stern hall听了李云迪的，当时是一顾倾心，回家连夜写
了观感，不小心捎带郎朗做了一下比较，结果阴错阳差，引出无数后话来。今
天也算是去偿还半年前的一个诺言吧。
郎朗今天的曲目是莫扎特的K330，肖邦的奏3，舒曼的童年情景，拉赫的前2前5
最后李斯特的十四行诗104和匈牙利狂想曲。大概两星期前，李云迪在此也弹了
K330，可惜那天下雨，我没能来听，不然就圆了我比一比两人高下的梦。暗自叹
一声可惜。郎朗一向是美国的宠儿，有美国人认可的一切因素：科第斯的天才，
霍洛维茨的名门弟子，传奇的一名惊人，演奏充满激情，个性直率，精力充沛， |

奏就不得不搬到其它地方了。极有可能是NYPO的老家--Avery Fischer Hall，NYPO就是因

12月7号下午4:15左右，一辆为中国游客服务的大巴停在悉尼蓝山景区。本以为一天的
旅游行程即将圆满结束，Andy(化名，悉尼的一位中文司机)正坐在旅行大巴上等待陆续
下山的游客。
这时，另一辆尾号为7718的旅行大巴开进停车场，想停在几辆旅行大巴的中间，但是尝
试了几次都没办法。
于是在场的几位大巴司机都开始为他挪动位子。7718停好以后，有一位中国司机（司机
S）告诉Andy说：7718的老外司机（后了解名叫Peter）下车后好像骂骂咧咧的。为了弄
清楚，司机S去问质问Peter说了什么。Peter直言不讳的用英文说道：“Chinese
driver no common sense（中国司机没常识）。”司机S用英文说：“大家都给你挪移
出这么大的位子了，你怎么还说中国司机？”
Peter在豪无预兆的情况下破口大骂：“F*cking all the Chinese, go back to your
country !(x你们中国人，都滚回中国去！)”

不知道在这附近（400 South Orange Avenue South Orange, NJ 07079）租房子要注意
什么？我想还是安全最重要，如果有华人比较多的Apartment会不会好一些？还有价格
方面呢？
