小弟在德国，这边汽油价格实在是太高了，大约1.45-1.55 欧元/liter，而且最近居然
还要使用加入10% ethanol的汽油，这样的东西因为燃烧热值低于正常汽油，则每百公
里耗油还会更多！
咱不喜欢柴油车，而且德国车用柴油没比汽油便宜多少，真正便宜的事取暖用柴油，但
是这类柴油要过滤，去掉颜色，同时因为缺乏添加剂，只能夏天用，冬天因为气温太低
，取暖用柴油会有沉淀物，很容易堵塞油路。
所以，思来想去，要想省钱，最好的办法就是去美国买个used Toyota prius 3, 就是

厨子和收款人全部是 黑人，又肥又丑，他们用手摸摸索索蹭蹭做出来的一个hamburger
, 我还没有吃， 就恶心的想呕吐了。比起加拿大快餐店里的白人女服务员来，简直是
天差地别。加 拿大的hamburger比美国贵20%，但是白人的服务值得这个钱。 美国的黑
人和老墨跟华人混杂居住，黑人老墨放出的屁来，进入华人的鼻子里，黑 人劳模拉得
屎和尿，经过循环，又进入了华人的食品和饮水中，这是多么的恶心啊！ 美国华人还
自豪呢！？我宁可闻加拿大白人的屁，也决不靠近黑人老墨。工资第一 点没什么，可

事。
聚会主要就是吃。吃的主要是白切鸡、烧鸭、炒鱿鱼、牛排，当然少不了大龙虾。亲友
中，或亲友的亲友中有些是餐馆的大厨或曾经干过厨师。这些大厨们每人都炒一个自己
的拿手菜，做的菜自然好吃。除了有中餐，sushi外，还有象芝麻球，酸甜白菜丝之类
的甜品，而且这些餐饮界的高手在一起切嗟厨艺时，不时会搞些新意思。
再说我拿着纸餐盘看着长桌上大盆大盆的肉菜，发现有我喜欢的白切土鸡，立马挟了几
块胸肉，粘上美味沙姜。补一句，这些沙姜是市面买不到的，是老侨胞从国内*******
，因而很珍贵，只会在大聚餐时才会拿一点点出来给大家品尝。烧鸭嘛，我也喜欢。

引言
在美国从事房地产经营的七八年来，粗略估算，本人所参加过的房地产拍卖会少说也超
过一百次。趁着目前地产市场萧条，“闲着也是闲着”，不如将我经历过的趣闻趣事写
出来与读者分享。以下所述 基本是我的亲身所历。为增加可读性以及避免有人对号入
座，故事中的人和事稍作修改。
我所知道的非自愿转让（Involuntary Alienation）房地产拍卖在本州有如下几种：1.
Sheriff sale (不知道怎么翻译， 由警官主持)；2. 房地产税拍卖 （Property tax
sale）; 3. 取消回赎权拍卖（foreclosure auction），或叫受托人拍卖（trustee

hamburger）。但是那家麦当劳收银员阿科斯塔（Marisol Acosta）当时却骂她。
格林说，那名女收银员“开始辱骂她，说她愚蠢。她说，‘你应该学说英语。’……阿
科斯塔女士挥出左掌扇向石女士的右脸颊。打掉！打掉一颗牙齿。”
那名律师说，麦当劳专卖店对阿科斯塔的行为有责任，因为3名在场经理都没有制止那
次暴力的发生。
但被告律师斯顿博格（Michael Stonberg）说，那一事件是个突然一拳或一巴掌，那家
专卖店已经立即开除阿科斯塔。
被告律师说，那就说明阿科斯塔没有得到授权同顾客吵架。

还要使用加入10% ethanol的汽油，这样的东西因为燃烧热值低于正常汽油，则每百公
里耗油还会更多！
咱不喜欢柴油车，而且德国车用柴油没比汽油便宜多少，真正便宜的事取暖用柴油，但
是这类柴油要过滤，去掉颜色，同时因为缺乏添加剂，只能夏天用，冬天因为气温太低
，取暖用柴油会有沉淀物，很容易堵塞油路。
所以，思来想去，要想省钱，最好的办法就是去美国买个used Toyota prius 3, 就是
2010版本。Toyota 在第三代的prius上投入巨大的科技实力

发帖数: 704 | 50 买了1 delimax，2 green giant boxed vege， 3 hamburger helper, 1 BC potato, 1
yoplait fiber one, 1 yoplait delight，这些suppose都是倒赚的，
又买了pampers的wipes，ground beef，加3盒strawberry，如果所有的ecoupon都出的
话，加上手头的coupon，大概就是5，6刀的样子，可是没想到最后付钱的时候是30多块
！我后面排了很长的队，再加上我当时有点儿心不在焉，以为最后那些coupon会唰唰的
跳出来，所有就很nc的结账了。拿到receipt之后才发现真的是30多刀。
首先， buy 4 save 4 mix and match，没有save 4， manager告诉我说3个 hamburger
helper 和 1 个ＢＣ ｐｏｔａｔｏ不算是mix & match, 我更倾向于这是他们的系统
错误，因为以前类似的事情发生过，那个deal开始的第一天我去买，没算进mix &
match，后来manager手动给我match了，那周后几天去买，同 |
