且对于制作pizza的奶酪，无非觉得那种可以拉丝的奶酪很有趣，以及吃之前撒的那种
芝士粉，很香很好吃~
来了美国，学校里举行各样活动前后所提供的点心里，常常可以见到各种奶酪的身影。
开始的时候只知道根据颜色来区别，可是没过多久就发现不对，即使是同样的颜色，可
是香气，味道和口感的差异都很大，有些非常好吃，有些则很不习惯。吃货的好奇心立
马就被勾起来了，之前不是提过那会儿经常看Food network的各种Cooking show么？特
别让我感兴趣的，一个就是各种香草料的作用，这已经在薯条爹写的《草本篇（上）》
和《草本篇（下）》中提到过了。另一个关注的重点，就是不同奶酪的各种区别。真可
谓不学习不知道，一学习吓一跳，原来奶酪可以有如此多的讲究！品种之丰富，口味之
多样化，让人大开眼界。这边很多出售奶酪的商店都会提供免费试吃的机会，不仅可以
尝试各种不同品种的奶酪，那些热情的服务员还很乐意跟顾客聊有关奶酪的各种话题，
非常长见识~因为可以试吃，所以也不用担心买一大块不好吃的奶酪回家这么些年吃下

候就打算和当地人生活在一起，有助于口语的提升。夫妇人还是很好的，每次我回来都
会有fruit salad、hamburger等好吃的食物，心里充满感激。我出门房间都会锁上，并
不是房东夫妇有问题，只是习惯问题。这些天我回来之后发现，貌似有点不太一样了，

而且disney门口有过那种11:30以前什么的吃饭可以有折扣，于是我们进去就先吃了。

第三天，开车去千岛湖(Thousand Island Park, NY) 203mile,四个小时？上午开车，
中午到？接着下午看千岛湖，晚上去旅馆休息
第四天，从千岛湖直接开回DC， 468 miles，9个小时？
