就停两分钟，而且人在里面，应该没事。就停在那里，老婆把女儿送进去了，我在车里
等。
然后，有一辆车停在我后面左边一点地方，看起来是个一般的pick up。我觉得应该也
是来送孩子跳舞的。没管它。
过一会，老婆出来了，她朝那辆车挥挥手，算打个招呼。然后坐进来。一抬头，看见前
面的残趴标志，吃了一惊，说，坏了，那辆车车门写着“Handicap Parking Patrol“
的，赶快走。
我也吓一跳，赶快倒车，开走了。后来两周，有点惴惴的，据说残趴的罚单都很高。到
现在，还没有收到罚单，应该是逃过了。

就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，
不过用promotion code (X2B-C8B-A94) 依然可以减少$2。
现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

我妈妈名义申请的disabled person parking placard, 有效期11/18/11 to 05/11/12
，DMV邮寄过来的有一张receipt（receipt有卡号，姓名、地址、有效期等资料）和一
张placard. receipt可能在收到卡的时候扔了或者不知道放哪里了，总之就是没有保存。
4/11/12车停在残疾人停车位但是忘记挂卡，收到一张$475的罚单。打罚单上的电话咨
询，说把placard和receipt复印件邮寄连同contest form mail到指定地址就好了。因
为receipt已经找不到了，隔天马上去DMV office重新打印了一张，结果发现新打印的
receipt只显示issue date是4/13/12，整个receipt找不到卡的有效期是从11/18/11开
始的。工作人员说系统就是这么设置的：哪天的office visit就打哪天的日期。找了
supervisor，也这么说，但是给打印了这张placard的历史纪录在有DMV logo的纸上，
是内部文件，这么显示：

4月份收到一个handicap parking ticket, 忘记挂placard了，$475,北加。隔天打电话
去city问，说可以带齐资料in-person contest.悲催的是receipt扔了：上面有停车卡
注册人的资料和有效期。隔天立刻去DMV打印一张，结果新receipt显示停车卡的有效期
是当天开始，而不是原来的日期（去年11月），工作人员说系统就是这么设置的，没有
办法更改。见supervisor,同样的答案，但是给打了一张谁都看不懂的DMV内部使用的
history,可以看到有效期就是初次申请时间。
首次in-person contest:资料齐全，没理由被拒，结果真被忽悠了。工作人员说车主（
我）和停车卡名字不一样，让我写信appeal.告知我们的insurance 是family plan,家
里所有的车都在我名下。回复：理解的，但是他没办法判，说写信就可以。
第二次：写信说明了receipt的时间问题和车的注册问题，附上所有文件的复印件。1个

具体情形如图所示,我左边是残疾人位,我停的位置就是白线的,没有任何警示牌说那个
位置不能停车.请看图片我车停的很正,虽然稍微靠左,但是并没有压线.
前几天去Appeal了一下,今天又收到回信说被拒了.理由如下:
