里等家长们谁来就接待谁，没想到校长把我和art teacher安排在一起要在开会现场
介绍自己的program. 幸亏我提前准备了handout,很简单的自我介绍后就看是读上面一
段介绍我的program的文字，然后再像那么回事似的加几句自己的话别让人看出来我只
会读，努力把氛围弄得轻松点。最后让他们每人拿一份handout自己回家读。
说完了后回到座位上，校长拍了拍我的肩，我在琢磨这是什么意思？“难为你这个外国
人了”，“还过得去吧”还是“不咋样，再努力吧”
这俩天上班，觉得同事们都对我很好，几乎每个人都愿意给我帮助，很爱护我的样子。
可能也不排除想看看稀有动物的心态。我们学校只有1-2个老师out of 80+是黑人。根
本没有亚洲人。家长里面也是有数的几个黑人和亚洲人。很担心开始感觉好以后感觉就
不好了。很多事情往往都是这样的。 |

”看FA没有任何实质性的帮助，所以决定组成学习小组，提高“深度”学习效率。
小组现在每周一，三，五晚上8pm Central Time集体学习4个小时，周六集体学习时间
稍长（下午到晚上一共6个小时左右，中间有休息晚饭时间）。
详细的集体学习模式如下：
每次集体学习前，每位小组成员被分配两页到三页（视组员数量而定）FA内容。组员利
用课余时间，利用手上的各种reference books (kaplan notes, google, RRP,BRS...)
,查找FA上所出现的内容，将FA扩展开来，并且吧所查找到的内容和组员自己觉得能帮
助理解FA上内容的图片整理成handouts在课前传给所有组员。查找内容深度以可以解释
清楚FA上每句话的意思为准。不提倡dig太深的FA没有出现的细节内容，也不提倡将FA
照读。请尽量吧FA出现的每句话都分析明白。（这一遍就是考经上大家所谓的整理FA笔
记期，虽然每位成员都会很辛苦，工作量很大，但是这一步是无法逾越的。而且这正是
学习小组的优势--人多力量大。）

我们学校是ADN 2年毕业。如果1次不过，还有一次机会。如果2次不过OUT。 我想可能
都这样吧。NCLEX-RN 通过率是97%， 在招生会上老师大言不惭地说我们学校去年在ADN
中排名第一。所以他们都特牛，对学生态度特差。唉，每次一想到他们我就抱怨。
我上的是第一个学期。刚开始上课的时候，觉得晕晕的。 每个老师都特强。什么都懂
。特羡慕。还有就是老师特凶，好像谁欠他钱没还似的。还有一个特点就是东西太多了
，根本没有时间去看书。看不完的HANDOUT。而且不知道老师要考什么。 很让人头痛。
有经验的请指教。昨天期末考试，忽然发现，我知道的还挺多的，好多东西，不知不
觉就记住了，老师总说，同学总讨论。讨论是个很好的学习方法。大家会相互介绍自己
认为哪些重要。而且说多了，也就记住了。老师是DISCUSSION 可以记住70%， READ只
是10%， 听是20%。
还有，每天CRITICALTHINKINGANDPRIORITIZE， 老师挂嘴边上。但是怎么PRIORITZE它
