RN/CGFNS考试中有一些答案是有标志性的，也就是说一看就知道这个选项是好的，或者
是不好的。尤其对于therapeutic response的题目，有很多标志性的答案。我将逐步整
理一些相关的标志性的答案，也希望大家能够共同总结，互相帮助。
1. Handwashing: 在消毒隔离的题目中，handwashing是首选，只要是关于消毒，清洁
，预防感染，隔离的题目中选项中有这个或者是类似的描述，一般它就是正确的。
2. Weigh daily：在关于病人营养和水合情况的题目中，weigh daily或者 daily
weight一般是首选，比出入水量（I&O)和尿比重还重要（当然急性情况下要全面考虑，
比如大烧伤急性期的时候）。
3. stay with the client：只要题干中没有出现病人要求护士离开，那么和病人呆在
一起往往是正确选项。因为这是一个无声的心理支持，非常重要。有时候比 encourage
express of feeling 还重要。所以看到这类描述一般都是正确的。

LG made) 和 LG 8000不同的是： 它没有handwash(woolen) cycle. 而这个对我很重要
。其实4.5 cu ft也够了。但LG 8000比LG 4270 review 更好。
我看对LG 的噪音complain是fill water时，water hammer in the pipe。有些还引起
了pipe damage. LG 是direct drive motor, electrolux 好像是传统的belt drive的。

LG 有delicate 和handwash (woolen)两个分开的cycle. kenmore elite 只有delicate
, 羊毛衣很严格，不能有任何热水，否则会缩水成小孩衣服。担心kenmore 的delicate
不是全冷水，不能洗羊毛衣服。
LG 的确不少人complain water hammering on the pipe when filling, 所以有些人买
water hammer arrester, 我看了下HD 的reviews, 几乎都是LG washer的客户。

在看到后面两位的答复前，已于今天中午去了local一家appliance store 买了 washer
and dryer, silver sand color. Electrolux wave touch 70. 因担心它们的质量是否
可靠，washer 和 dryer都买了5年的extended warranty.
因为需要washer放右面，dryer放左面，否则exhaust pipe会太长。为了避免 washer
door 档在中间不方便从洗衣机转移衣服去烘干机，所以选了electrolux，它们的门可
以调换位置，安在右边或左边。另外，可以洗wool, 除了delicate档，还有handwash档
。
听两家店的salesman说，LG 一旦需要修理，等parts经常要一个月，对生活不太方便。
本来一直犹豫是否要把好好的烘干机（也有moisture sensor功能，尽管我们一直只用
timed dry功能）也换掉，后来不多想了，干脆都换了，新的有steam功能，还有
reverse tumble dry功能。

擦干罢了。你要是平时不常洗，可能不是用水枪就能冲掉的，你可以detailing，推荐
去dealer那做比较好，因为他们还可以帮你补漆
冬天下雪，只要不是时间太久,去sheetz就可以冲干净，不过我要求不高，看着过得去
就行，没几天又脏了

看到大家说衣服价钱 < 干洗帐单,说说我的经历.
一.并非所有"dry clean only"都是真的.
很多东西其实可以水洗.对纤维损耗程度、风险程度如下:
冷水手洗< 温水手洗< 冷水handwash/gentle setting机洗。
热水机洗就算了。
二，烘干机最损耗衣服，甚于洗衣机，所以凡"dry clean"的东西，轻薄的最好平摊阴干
，厚重的最好挂起来阴干。
三，天然动物纤维（丝、羊毛、安哥拉兔毛、羊绒等），用洗头香波，手洗。这些纤维本
质上和我们自己的头发是一样的，都是动物蛋白质。不必要买那些“专门”的洗衣液，都
是商家想出来的赚钱花样。
羊毛毛衣就这样洗。揉搓的时候注意温柔一点，不要拉扯变形。轻拧。然后用白色厚毛巾
裹、压，积去过多水份，然后摊在上面晾干。
四，很多做工比较好的衣服， 尤其是suit、coat，都说”dry clean only“,其实不是。
是因为现在的美国人太笨，没有生活知识，不会手洗，而机洗要变形。所以服装厂家干脆
图省事，一律dry clean.

Guess what, after 7 years in the washer and dryer, they still feel as good

the day I bought them.
so you pick, you can handwash/hang dry so they last 25 years, or just do
whatever and expect maybe 10 years. For 40 bux, I pick the lazy route.

了稀释了就效果不好。里面搓遍后用清水把肥皂沫全部冲掉，水龙头水最好比较缓，这
时以及游泳的时候手指不要再碰泳镜里面。每次感觉都跟新泳镜一样，一个小时没问题。 |
