“比如他走过来说，哎，昨天我和其他同事去喝酒，没叫上你，想要补偿你，我带你去吧
，我义正言辞地说如果有其他人在，同事活动，我可以去，但是如果只有你，我不会去
的，我一点笑容没有，只是语气比较平和。那次他灰溜溜地走了。
另外一次，他刚来时，他走过来说，他知道一家意大利饭馆，想增进同事友谊，让我和
他单独去吃。我说不行我有事儿，他说哎呀去吧去吧，围攻了我可能十分钟，我皱着眉
头说真的不行。然后趁他被别人叫走，我赶快收拾东西逃跑了。
我在那次爆发前对那个小印向来没有好脸色的，刚来时他让我带他和其他白人华人同事
一起吃午饭，因为我们经常一块吃午饭，但是他没话说融不入，因为他刚来时就flirt
了我，所以我一直是礼貌保持距离的，但是因为我一直是有礼貌，所以他以为还有机会

，他发email给人家同时copy给我，说：请不要harass我了。（人家对他提了意见）
昨天，他在网上也对我用了这个词，也complain我harass他。这两种情况都有一个共同
点，就是奈特实在理亏，就是100%理亏的那种，已经找不到任何借口了，他其实的意思
是想说，请不要再说我了，我已经无法反驳你了。但是说出来就是：不要harass我了。

谢。
但事情并没有结束。仅一周后，我的老板和我谈话，没有提任何有关harassment的事，
但借口funding不够的原因，要我另找工作，我现在是博后。当然，傻瓜也明白，这一
切与harassment的事有关，funding仅仅是借口。
在整个事件过程中，我感到了极度的不公平，系里的一帮白人完全互相勾结，全部偏信
美国女人的一面之词，没有任何人来向我调查和取证。系里对我同情的美国人也不敢站
出来说话。在harassment案无法成立的情况下，借用其它借口让我走人。
现在，关键的问题是我应该怎么办？无非以下一些办法：
1． 向学校有关部门（哪个部门比较合适我现在不清楚）上述，要求重新公正调查
，还我清白。
2． 向种族歧视部门上述，要求还我公正。（在关键时候，我真的感到白人太欺负
人，没有任何公平）
3． 甘愿认输，另找工作。（心里感到怨啊！）
4． 其它办法？
希望各位看了以后，给我想办法，出主意，帮我度过难关。谢谢了！ |

However, if you are a staff or a faculty in the school and the girl is a
student, just behave yourself in such things since there are more strict
rules regarding dating your students in the school. It will cost your job in

A: If you make a report in good faith, the Company is not allowed to
penalize you in any way. They can't fire you, reassign you, demote you, or
block you from getting a promotion just because you reported misconduct.

和一个女人dispute, 我们认识非常多年了，我来美国就是找她，之前吵吵闹闹，也就
这么过来了，我抓了下她的胳膊，这时候有个social worker过来了，要给她提供帮助
， 我也没说啥，就让她们走了。结果晚上警察就去了我家，给了warning, 说在联系就
会被指控stalking, harassment.
我感觉非常unfair, 知道警察来之前我打电话，她也啥都没说。也不知道有啥record,
打算先去legal service 寻求意见，再到校警那argue。这么做妥当么。 |

party's narrative without investigation没有任何legal effect. 几个关于
harassment 的act 都说harassment 必须要有cause fear of physical harm, grab
arm 是过不了public hearing的，否则warring expartner 都可以被送进监狱了。这是
没法applied到我身上的
即便有了restriction order against me,我还可以appear to state court, 或者
request public hearing
只不过我没精力也不想在纠结这事了，不再想跟police argue了，没意思。 |

主观意愿因你的种族，性别等骚扰你，而是受害人的感受，只要你觉得offended by
his words/acts，你可以，1，通知ＨＲ，公司应当有anti-harassment policy，ＨＲ
有义务员工提供有关培训并说明员工的义务和权利。可以先联系HR让他们出面解决，2
，起诉racial discrimination。如果他说话时有证人当然好，不过你的回忆和证词也

说来自己都觉得委屈和恶心.公司中有个阿拉伯女孩,还是个临时的contractor,好像还
是个穆斯林。我平时就是个说话喜欢开玩笑的人，确实不怎么注意。上周，我和这个阿
拉伯女孩聊天的时候，就随口问她一些个人的事情，比如周末DATING什么的，（天地良
心，我对她没任何幻想和暗示），我还自作聪明的告诉她如何要识别好的伴侣，并且说
了我自己的经验教训，比如我的DATING情况，等等。
结果好了，周一，她汇报HR,HR的主任马上找我谈话。我现在最关注的是，HR写了一份
MEMORANDUM, WRITTEN WARNING-INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT.当然是要我签字，放进个人档
案的。我读了一下，感觉就是暗示我在追她似的！！！
