下，水边的风景很好，就是全逆光。
今天要去的是Harding Icefield，这实际上是Kenai Mountains上的一个巨大冰池，有
数百square miles大，从山体溢出的部分就形成了冰川。几个著名的冰川，比如昨天看
到的Holgate Glacier，Bear Glacier和今天去的Exit Glacier，
都是从Harding Icefield发源的。Harding Icefield Trail单程大概3.8miles，
elevation gain约3000ft，strenous rating，往返要6-8小时。Trail开始还可以去
Exit Glacier的lower view和upper view，属于在Seward的must-do之一。
Trail开始到Exit Glacier的lower/upper view基本都属于轻松愉快型，upper view那
里有一些石头要爬。路上还看见巨彪悍的年轻妈妈一名，推着婴儿车带着对几个月大的

到了现在，hh这事如果没有所谓的hard evidence出现，是不可能让已经站好队的人改

( Caviar Green SATA Intellipower 32 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive
WD10EADS ). After install it on my Dell desktop, I can see it from BIOS
setup, and from Control Panel -- Device Manager, but can't see new DISK
in My computer.
The OS is Windows XP, and I used the sata cable which was used for DVD to
connect hard disk. Is it caused the issue?
Any suggestions how I can get the new disk to be shown in my computer?

）因为没有其他的台式机可以换硬盘，所以想死马当活马医，买个enclosure装成

First, I installed Solaris8.0 and WindowsXP on it and they work pretty good.
Now, I change ONLY the hard disk to a new 40GB one and re-install Solaris8.0
and WindowsXP. The first 4GB of the hard disk is given to Solaris, and the
rest is given to XP. XP is installed without problems and works find. However,
Solaris always says "there is no room in the disk, you need to delete a
partition before creating a new partition for Solaris." But there IS 4GB

After I use word and/scientific workplace, my free space in the hard disk
shrinks. My hard disk is 100G. The size of all my files on C: is less than
40G. But the explore displays that my hard disk only has 10G free space...:_(

三年新的dell presision T3400电脑，XP系统一直有问题，启动很慢，运行一段时间后
不是很responsive。 大概一个月前电脑通过学校ITS装的软件做更新（以前我一直通过
windows update自己更新的），把我原来已经装的IE8都又装了一遍，然后在安装一个
office 2010 的update和一个有关java的update一直通不过，但是一直装，100小时，
200小时这样。后来office 2010也打不开了，还不能卸载。再后来更新程序一开机就安
装这个update，然后我的电脑就freeze了，只有在刚开机大概有1分钟的time window
