员来搞，并且打算把Chemcial storage和Hazardous waste storage搞在一个房间，请
问大家有没有这样的先例？还有就是为了省钱想让chemlab的fumehood和Hazardous
waste storage两个房间share一个fume exhaust，这样恐怕不好吧？请问这是否违反相
关的regulation?这种regulation是当地的EPA管吗？请问是否还要请示其他部门？

发帖数: 7 | 2 关于第二条，我觉得他的意思是说，人和工作有好的match，也有不好的match，on the
job matching模型跟这个有些关系，基本意思是说工人每一期都可以draw一个新的off
er，然后比较接受这个新offer的价值和继续原来的bad match的工作的价值,因为firm
specific human capital的积累，这个bad match的工作的价值越来越高，所以这个模型
的一个推论就是单个工人seperation hazard随时间递减，这个推论是没办法检验的；另
一个可以检验的推论是工人平均的seperation hazard也随时间递减
不过wage gain只是这个模型的一个假设（假设有好的和坏的match),模型是为了解释se
peration hazard的时间趋势以及工资与tenure的关系的

“2011年10月22日12：00时至10月23日12：00时，我市空气污染指数为：155;空气质量级别为：(三(2)级);空气质量属于：轻度污染;首要污染物为：可吸入颗粒物。”
10月23日下午，北京市环保局官方微博账号@绿色-北京发布了这样一条消息。但是早在3天前，@绿色-北京就曾经发布过健康提醒称，“这段时间，空气污染比较严重，首先建议老年朋友和儿童，以及患有呼吸系统和心血管系统疾病的人群，减少出行……”
如果“轻微污染”就不能出门，那么“重度污染”还让不让人活?实际上，环保局自己也承认，这段时间“空气污染比较严重”。
北京市环保局在微博上解释，10月北京进入秋冬转换季节。在这个时期，由于静风、逆温、湿度大等不利气象条件，易发生大雾天气，同时也会使污染物更容易积累，不易扩散，浓度逐渐升高。
气象条件不利固然是客观因素，然而空气质量监测结果与居民感受不符，则反映了目前空气检测标准的落后。

人把这个认为是花粉过敏，但是事实上如果查一下该类疾病的发病记录就可以发现，70
年代之前鲜有人得这个病。
事实上70年代是洛杉矶空气污染最为严重的时期，著名的洛杉矶烟雾，是大气化学研究
中的重要课题，到现在也是。
相比国内各大工业城市以含硫煤燃烧引发的大气污染（这也有个名字：伦敦型烟雾），
洛城的空气污染主要是含氮氧化物所至。因为这种微粒不比硫化物那样对大气中的水那
么有亲和力，所以微粒不会在大气中生长得很大，因此基本上不会影响到城市的能见度
（要知道，干净的空气中也必须要有一定含量的各种微粒的，这些微粒对降水的形成非

里quote了一下价格，被告知换胎之后balance 要做，但是alignment可以选择不做。另
外还有那个road hazard也可以选择不要。请问alignment和road hazard这两个的钱我
