with me everyday, and will call to see what I am doing if he cannot come to
office. This really gives me a headache. Meeting daily adds a lot of presure
on me. Actually I prefer contact him through email, instead of talking face

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

1. Caffeine overdose causes headaches.
2. Caffeine withdrawal triggers headaches.
3. Caffeine is a good remedy for headaches, like Coca helps headaches.
However, Caffeine consumption induces the tolerance. In other words, if you
drinks coffee daily, caffeine won't help your headaches.
So caffeine tolerance and dependence should be considered if you are unlucky
enough to have chronic daily headache. |

这个和镇痛药物引起的慢性头痛是一样的，对吗？
最近复习drug abuse，看有文献说即使没有overdose，但是少量长期和alcohol abuse
一样。实际上早上很早的那段时间表现还是由于晚间没有drink，所以次日有部分疼痛
是由于withdrawal引起的，尤其是周末表现特别明显。

understand what hypertension means.
I believe hypertension comes with tension headache when the patient
complains of headache and the headache is related to the elevated BP.
Signicant high BP can also increase ICP(causing headache) because of higher
MAP and cerebral blood volume.
I totally agree the headache could be something else.

headache for sure. I usually wet my hair in the shower WITHOUT Shampoo,
since that will take all the natural oil out. Wet hair hardly absorb any
pool water, since it is saturated already. It is a great trick.
Actually, if I do have headache, I cannot do any sports on land except
swimming. Swimming actually make my headache go away 9 out 10. I think it

I took care of this 17 years old girl 2 days ago, who came to surgical floor
for VP shunt replacement for her pseudo cerebri disease. Primarily she
presented to neurologist for her 7 years history of headache, which is
constant, both sides, 4-5/10 in intensity, vague trigger factor, acerbating
two times every month,lasting one week, at the point, pain would reach 8-9/
10 in intensity.

且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。

of misdiagnoses, especially if the patient claims it's migraine to the
physician instead of just describing how the headache feels.
migraine accounts for only ~10% of chronic headaches. but a lot more
patients, especially Chinese patients self-diagnose their headaches as
migraine, probably because the Chinese word makes it so easy to remember and
it masks the true meaning of it.

too. The headache was not serious, but it was there. I tried to sleep more
hours for the past two nights, and the headache was gone.
Did you talk with your doctor before you stop the medicine? It's important
that you'd better not stop the medicine suddenly. The correct way is to
decrease the dozage first for about 5 days to two weeks gradually, then stop
