DISMISS这个案子。美国的法律非常复杂，我估计这里的扇子大多不是法律专业，也没
时间或兴趣仔细研究长达几十页的诉状，所以我把一些基本情况用简单的语言陈述一下：
（1）原告是宾州，不是PSU
（2）告NCAA的一个基本出发点是他们违反了反垄断法中的相关规定，具体条款就不引
用了
（3）受理法庭是UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT,MIDDLE DISTRICT OF PA
（4）目前处理此案的法官是名女性，JUDGE KANE
（5）昨天第一次HEARING，注意：不是审案子，没有WITNESS等，只有双方律师陈述。
唯一目的是判断NCAA要求DISMISS这个案子是否成立
（6）HEARING完了后，主审法官表示她将在A COUPLE OF WEEKS里作出决定，即是否继
续推进此案
以上是基本情况，分析如下：

且也会在hearing的时候提出质疑。
但由于我们家的狗没有leash， 他们家的狗是被leash的， 这导致我们很被动。
是一只labradoodle, 邻居的腿上被咬伤， 我们去找他们谈的时候， 伤口已经被包扎
， 看上去伤口不大， 没有影响走路。 从animal control 给我们照片来看， 有一个
洞的咬伤。
为什么一次事故就被要求“Dangerous Animal Hearing” ， 我们也很奇怪。 分析可
能有两点：
1. 邻居给animal control 说的 特别严重。
2. 由于我们回来的时间太晚， 在没有和邻居达成一致的情况下， animal control 已
经把“Dangerous Animal Hearing” request 给了我们。 导致这个case 已经走了程
序， 没法drop 了。
我们去道歉主要是几点考虑：
1. 邻居伤了， 无论是哪只狗咬的， 伤是在他身上。
2. 我家的狗狗没有leash， 他家的有， 这个就很被动。

一条街,写明周四street cleaning.昨天周一,看前看后很多车,好不容易停好车,反复看
了看路边的牌子,确信没问题走的.
晚上回来路边仍然全是车,可是自己的没有了.沿着路走上走下很多次,终于发现离我7~8
个车位的地方写着tow away, no parking 4-6pm.很郁闷,为什么不写在一起?
不知道第二个牌子管到多远.今天打电话要求hearing.接电话的美国女孩根我说这类属于
"multiple complex sign",说给我申请了hearing. 我也不懂,就上来问问各位前辈了.
请问:
我就照直说,实事求是的把过程说一边,有机会么?

我觉得这件事很不可思议，
哪里不可思议哪？
没人说谢谢分享最不可思议。
去法庭之前，我大致翻了一下本版的有关上庭的帖子，但没发现有帖子把接罚单之后到
hearing结束写清楚的（可能我考古不够？），因而我是摸着石头过河，直到到了法庭
交钱还以为要见的是procecutor.而问题如果能在hearing解决，是最好的，寄省钱（
appeal 要交50块）又省时间和精力，所以，我写这个帖子60%的原因是要把这个过程写
清楚，以避免有类似情况发生时，当事人又不知道怎么回事。
另40%的发帖原因是借此机会奉劝大家不要超速。
看来下次码字时还得把发帖原因先写出来，要不然怎么理解的都有。 |

当时的她的驾照只过了笔试，而没有过路考(Restriction LOFS - Licensed Operator
in Front Seat)，所以开车时一定要有完全有效驾照的人坐在副驾驶上，当时确实也有
这样的人坐在副驾驶位上。
交通事故发生时，警察来了，判定老婆没有责任，写了Case Report，并且在Case
Report上写了副驾驶的人的名字，我们也有那个副驾驶位子人驾照的复印件。几个月后
，也是在老婆通过路考，驾照完全有效之后，收到Texas Department of public
safety (Enforcement and compliance)的hearing notice，说“it has been
determined that you operated a motor vehicle on a highway while your driver

speeding ticket，说我55开到了74，超了19。罚款倒是不多（
90），就是保险要涨点，怕影响明年保险。ticket上三个选项：
1. payment; 2. request waiver hearing; 3. request trial
如果我选2，好像就是认罪，向法官解释当时情况。网上查了下，好像最好的结果是给
个啥probationary period取消涨点。最坏的情况除了保险涨点，交court fee外，会不
会罚款增加？
驾龄10多年了，第一次被警察开ticket，之前就是parking ticket或者camera
speeding ticket，应该不在driving record里吧？这样值得花时间request waiver
hearing吗？还是乖乖交罚款认涨点算了？ |

同街上，5棵树都是我们这种情况。于是我们没有理睬HOA.然后HOA就要求我们参加
hearing.解决这个问题。

发帖数: 154 | 20 前园有颗树，我们搬进来的时候是冬天，因为天气太冷树冻死了，本想春天挖了种颗新
的，没想到春天从枯树枝里有长出新的枝叶了，我们就没有砍。
现在树的枝叶长的很大很多，hoa要求我们修剪，因为树里面是枯死的树杆，剪的特别
狠的话，就漏出来枯树的部分了，特别难看，而且我们怕叶子剩的太少，树会死掉，所
以只修剪了一部分。
hoa说不合格要罚款了，给了10天时间可以要求hearing，我们从来没跟hoa打过交道，
不知道这个hearing是个什么程序？ 跟hoa说明了情况，他们会改变罚款的决定吗？会
不会以后就盯上我家了，总是找麻烦啊？我们第一次买房自己收拾院子，啥都不懂，请

下，然后再约个 otolaryngologist 查。
孩子耳朵里有羊水，或者耳朵里面比较弯曲一点，比较难通过hearing test。现在约了

his fiancée’s 24-year-old daughter in her mobile home as part of a sexual
fantasy is heading for trial after waiving his right to a preliminary
examination.
John D. White agreed Wednesday to forgo the hearing and proceed to trial on
a first-degree murder charge. A pretrial hearing is scheduled Feb. 25 in
Isabella County Circuit Court in Mount Pleasant.

Some people say USB microphone does not need driver and will work with Vista
. Is that true?
