卫告诉大一个电话去取车。当场取出来，$299.
理由是：银行下班了，你不是这个银行的顾客，不许停在这！ |

matching color，但是并没有给任何color code。我理解成是只要确保漆完之后，门窗
的颜色一致就行了。就自己去home depot买了油漆，和原来的颜色不太一样，但是属于

后来去年11月份的时候，收到HOA的通知，说你颜色漆得不对，让我重新漆成信里给的

color code。我回信说，你最开始的信里并没有给color code，在这种情况下我很难找
到exactly matching的color。

去年我跟你一样，而且应该比你还严重，当时是在clean room里面坐着干活，突然就觉
得听到声音
很怪，出去以后才发现左边耳朵几乎听不见了。侥幸以为睡一觉就会恢复，但第二天起
来就彻底听不
见了。我用的PPO，但湾区这边好的耳科太难约到了，California Ear Institute不提
前两个月
根本约不到，stanford的医学院几个教授都挺牛的，我事发一个月后去看了Dr.
Nikolas
Blevins,虽然看晚了但至少confirm前面的医生没做错，即使当时马上到stanford医院
他们也是
这么治。我当时非常的desperate，不停的给Ear Institute打电话，他们被骚扰的不行
，终于给
我推荐了一个，就是我现在还在看的医生：Michael Murray，在San Jose南边，一搜就
有。
两天之后终于看上了，基本诊断就是stress引起的，但里面到底哪个部位或者血管坏了
现在的技术
根本无能为力。一般这种sudden hearing loss多见于中年以后，但是湾区这边工 |

吐槽一下，县的听证会的通知霸气十足，通知早9：00到，你必须准时到，否则会

发帖数: 4765 | 29 这个我来回答一下。今天早上我就去的contested hearing，不过输了，呵呵。庭上和
法官一张张看我上周末照的十三张照片，研究情况花了十几分钟。最后法官犹豫后还是
判了Redmond赢。
如果是criminal case，应该就是赢的。没关系，出来依然灌水。
一般说来，警察有51%的话语权，所以基本上都是必输无疑。但重新选择我还会选
contested。狗熊的人生不是精彩的人生，也不是我的风格。
我觉得你的情况不容易的原因如下：
黄灯下要有judgement，如果危险应该停车。一般黄灯都设计你看到后有足够时间停，
并且后轮过线。所以红灯前轮踩线有两种可能：
１. 开太快，停不下来。就是说你超速了。
２. 正常速度。就是说你刚刚承认了他们告你的。
一般说，和法庭argue你没做是徒劳的。所有完胜的案子都是找其它的理由。不然就是
能少罚点就少点。
如果能你defer（我能，但没有选），可以defer。或者当庭看了警察的报告，或者录像
后觉得没胜算，可以再改。少交点钱出来。

，本来就不记录的。
真正的contested hearing是如果你事先没有要求寄过的话，有city的公诉人给你警察
记录，你当庭看。如果输了交全额，还有记录。但有记录不一定就涨保险。这是个误区。
Qualify是说你七年内没有要求defer过。 |

进去陈述了一下自己的原因，周边几个房子的几个比我们要低一万多，对方反驳的理由
是我们的外墙材料和对方的不一样，而且我们有fireplace人家没有。
对方就认定了unit price不一样，我们因为去年才搬过来，对行情也确实不懂，如果去
hearing建议找个比较专业的人去跟人argue，当然也有可能是因为我们太包子被拒也是
有可能的。

些，今年可能更有经验，碰到的人也干脆，3分钟出来。要做好准
