If I need to choose between a new routan and an old sienna, I would choose

，然后让worker执行，client可以query master得到request的进度，master假如挂了
，重启之后仍然能知道所有已经运行完的/正在运行的/还没运行的request的信息，当
一个request在一个worker上运行的时候master挂了那个request应该继续运行不受影响。
这个其实就是个worker pool和scheduler，照着jobtracker或者yarn答就可以了，不过
我没答的那么复杂，既然需要master需要知道所有的task信息，就干脆写到一个
persistent storage里面这样能保证不丢，比如用个kv store或者database都可以，然
后master和worker通过zookeeper来做heartbeat和task assignment，kv store记录每
个task的状态这样restart后可以恢复所有state，worker运行request期间本身不需要

结果如下。我是在我们的校医院看的，一直是一个MIDWIFE接待我，我也不知道美国的
这个MIDWIFE都是啥职业，感觉就跟医生一样，给我开处方，接待我，甚至给我下诊断
，我一直没有见到真正的医生。B超结果的当天我就联系她，然后她就给我发信息说我
是BLIGHTED OVUM,让我当天再去查个血，然后约时间去见她。这周的周一一早去见她，
她说我的B超当天做的血检的hCG 是四万多的样子，我也没听清具体的数字，然后说我
肯定是BLIGHTED OVUM，我唯一能做的就是等着自然流产，我问大概需要等多久啊，她
说不一定，可能在一个月之内吧。然后就想让我回家等着了。我要求再做一次B超，然
后她答应下周五再做一次B超和查血，然后就让我回家等着了。
这些天一直在网上看关于胎停育的，觉得很可怕啊。从怀孕至今一直没有过流血，甚至
深色白带都没有，身体一直很好，早孕反应也很轻，从来没有正儿八经的吐过，尤其是

发帖数: 322 | 43 之所以这么早做B超是因为去年四月份40天的时候自然流了一个，所以这次医生很小心
，周三和周五分别测了BetaHCG, 分别是8310和27000，医生说很好。
周五做了第一次B超，当天按月经算是5w6d，但自己知道是月经来的第17天测到排卵的
，所以可能只有5w3d，B超看到了gestational sac and yolk sac，但是没测到
heartbeat.
赞一下这次的医生和护士，很能体会孕妇的担忧，周五刚抽完血没多久，就打电话过来
告诉结果，说不想我整个周末都在担心中，还说如果我愿意可以过一周再做B超，看看
心跳。我的下个B超约在月底，可她怕我等不及到月底，后来我还是决定等到月底了，
觉得B超做多了对宝宝不好，不过因为没看到心跳还是很担心。
希望我的经历给以前有过流产经历的姐妹帮助，也希望得到大家的祝福，这次好孕。 |

有自己的第一次怀孕也很顺利，女儿都快三岁了，上次只是运气差罢了，这次不会这么
倒霉了，所以在没劳公的陪同下自己就去了。
超师和B超医生有点手足无措。
己情绪也很不稳定，就约了过一周的B超。
被伤心的人所感染。宣泄后，给老公发了短信，"No heartbeat"，等来老公安慰的电话
，回家吃了点东西，收拾心情就上班去了。晚上打电话告诉妈妈，眼泪又止不住了，好
在妈妈尽力开导我，和我说很多她认识的人有同样的经历。女儿也特别sweet，不停的
hug妈妈。晚上老公说，“这家伙生爸爸的气了，因为没有陪妈妈去看他。”“这家伙
不想和我们一家，嫌弃他的爸爸妈妈。”
术一切顺利。

发帖数: 1300 | 47 在网上查阅了一些资料后，发现准确地说法是brown discharge,周日发现后，马上打电话给OB（前面已经预约了OB在3周后第一次检查），OB让做一个blood test,我老婆昨天到一个lab做了,今天我打电话到OB,还是receptionist或者是护士，护士说验血没有问题，不需要做第二次了，不过还是要做一个ultrosound.
我的问题是现在可以做ultrosound吗？有没有什么危害？在目前这个时刻和情形下是否有必要？还有ultrosound是检查什么呢？不是还没有heartbeat? 对了，老婆现在是第7周开始。
因为第一次检查是在3周后，发生了这个问题，我们还没有见到OB,我们有许多疑问想和OB面谈，大家觉得是否需要重新预约一个靠前的时间？

老婆怀孕第6周，已经预约了OB在3周后第一次检查。老婆一切还好，刚才饭后小便突然
发现内裤上有2滴血的痕迹，小便里有一滴，她没有腹痛，也没有其他不适的感觉。我
很害怕，请问大家是怎么回事？ |

话给OB（前面已经预约了OB在3周后第一次检查），OB让做一个blood test,我老婆昨天
到一个lab做了,今天我打电话到OB,还是receptionist或者是护士，护士说验血没有问
题，不需要做第二次了，不过还是要做一个ultrosound.
我的问题是现在可以做ultrosound吗？有没有什么危害？在目前这个时刻和情形下是否
有必要？还有ultrosound是检查什么呢？不是还没有heartbeat? 对了，老婆现在是第7
周开始。
因为第一次检查是在3周后，发生了这个问题，我们还没有见到OB,我们有许多疑问想和
OB面谈，大家觉得是否需要重新预约一个靠前的时间？
