率就不行了。

根没tank，一般都装室外（因为需要排燃烧之后的废气），平时根本不回看到，也不会
在意大小。Heat pump有些设定可以做，比如外界温度到35度以下heat pump效率降低，
不如直接烧气更便宜，况且这个东西也应该装basement, crawl space或者attic里面，
平时也听不到，大点小点也无所谓。

hyperthermia in SPION of ~20nm size. The SPION is based on Fe3O4 (magnetite?)
Many papers demonstrated that AMF of 80--150KHz is effective for heating

Many other works, particulaly theory-works, indicated that ~Mhz range should
be more effective for particles smaller than 20nm.

发帖数: 2056 | 15 现在的heat pump and furnace在走廊的closet里面。实际占的地皮是厨房的，想把那
块空间腾出来给厨房。AC/Heating contractor来看了之后，认为想腾出空间只能装到attic上
去。
现在的furnace是York 90 diamond系列，91%的efficiency. 7年半新，还能工作。
但是有以下问题，
1.上面说的占了厨房的面积。
2.是向地下输热气通过crawl space的duct从各房间的地面送热的那种型号，而crawl space
里的duct很多地方都已经破了，需要换。
3.现在房间和客厅里的地面送热口不标准，是4寸而不是6寸，刚买了房子没过过冬不知
道这个送热水平在冬天够不够用。
4.地面送热口似乎会成为藏污纳垢的地方，灰尘和小样物品容易掉下去。
5.准备装空调，这种地下送热管，热气从地下出来虽然效率最高，但也导致不能和空调
共用管道。
Contracor建议换成从ceiling开送气口，AC和Heater共用管道，duct都改到attic上面。
Heat bump furnace也装到attic。这个方法有优点和缺点，

But in reality, you wouldn't find any car with minimum bare base without
that basic options in a dealership's inventory. The only way for you to find
your own option is to order/build your own model.
That being said, a BMW without moon roof and heated seat (particular in that
region) is kind of weird and will hurt resale value. But you probably don't

我租的是个 two family house， 两家的 OIL FILL 都在面对房子的左墙靠近马路的地
方。订油
网站上让我选择OIL FILL LOCATION的图片让我误解了，我以为只要选个大致位置就可
以了，所以
选择了左前方，但实际上应该选择左后方的那个。
结果就是负责Delivery的人错加给了邻居，OIL公司说责任在我们，邻居也拒付油钱。
。。好几百
刀不知道该找谁去要了。。。昨天将近零下20摄氏度的气温，我家里却没有HEATING。
。。惨痛的
教训啊！！！！
请问有谁有过类似的经历么，有什么好的解决办法挽回损失么？万望见教，感激涕零！！ |

之前3.5吨的是20年前装的，现在寿命到头了。用那师傅的话说3.5吨一般代2000尺的房
子还差不多，不知道靠谱不靠谱。
还有请问您说的这热泵和地热空调是不是一个东西?是指geothermal heat pump?我倒是
再北边，可以不可以搞个地热空调，heating还用现在的gas？

house and it's controled from a single location. In reality the rooms'
temperature will be different, like lower level will be cooler than upper
level.

上都是开着。有时候开半个多小时然后就停6分钟。刚才4个小时跑了33度电。就这样屋
里还冷得要命（才62度）。就这样算下来一个月电费也要500块。这要是设成70度要多

66度，马上启动，而且AUX的灯一直亮着。到了66度后，将其调到68度，AUX的灯就不亮
了。这正常吗？

还靠近火车，出远门不开车也方便，但是准备给offer的时候发现 Disclosures：
Easement, Electric heat in L.L. No heat source in L.L. mud room，有经验的人
给说说这房子值得买吗，附近的高压线对孩子有没有影响？还有Easement是不是很
不方便？
另外虽然这房子很漂亮，但是上market后已经几次降价了，不知道是不是这个原因。不过老公坚决不买了，说高压磁场对孩子不好。我不懂，所以就想问问有经验的朋友，这
样的房子问题大吗？
