明年1月起，卑诗省将成为全国第七个限制驾车时使用手机的省份。卑诗公共安全及法
务厅长希德（Kash Heed）周三宣布，引进《摩托车辆法》修订法案，禁止司机驾驶时
拨打手提电话和发出文字短讯，违例司机将扣3分并罚167元。新措施2010年1月1日起实
施，但罚款和扣分则延至明年2月1日执行。卑诗省新民主党、警方、医疗和驾驶人士团
体，均支持实施不准司机使用手机的新法例。
希德明确表示：「简单来说，你不能拿着手机讲话、打字或者输入电话号码。」
免提听筒也禁司机使用希德又指出，相对其他省份的同类法例，卑诗省的更为全面及严
格，目的是改善全省道路交通安全。
卑诗警察局长协会今年较早时通过动议要求省府，禁绝司机使用手机，包括免提听筒。
卑诗医学会（BCMA）主席布罗迪（Brian Brodie）就指出，驾车时用手机，发生车祸的

Body may be person of interest in Mount Rainier shooting, police say
The CNN Wire
A male body has been found buried in the snow, Ed Troyer with the Pierce
County, Washington, Sheriff's office told CNN on Monday.
Troyer said that it's a strong probability that the body is the "person of
interest" that authorities have been looking for in the shooting death of a
Mount Rainier National Park ranger, but they have not confirmed it yet.

发帖数: 665 | 48 自从五月份初跑了初马，状态就一路下滑，接下去跑了ragnar接力布鲁可林半马，与其说跑了，其实感觉是被跑，也许是runner's blue, 有些迷失方向，不知道自己的跑步目的，感觉跑步有些累赘，先前兴致勃勃报了的vt100km 也给取消了。自己心态也好 状况也好 需要调整再整装代发 想想要不再怎么样也恢复不了。混了六月一下子就到七月虽然不跑比赛， 还是想参与这次盛世， 希望能用专业知识帮点忙。
写下pacer流水，我这次主要任务是陪百迈的tonyprince 和他老美朋友跑完最后30迈，和他们接头地点是在camp ten bear, 此补给站百迈的会经过两次 4，50迈和70迈，百k 9迈30几迈，两位英雄开跑后不久 反正没啥事 我就坐赛事方的shuttle早早到了回合地，在那呆了不少时间对那个站的食品饮料了如指掌，给大家介绍下，

干粮：pb&j,火鸡芝士三明治，薯片，水果糖，巧克力
