等阶级，但真正具有实质意义的社会等级标准并未发生变化。“文革”社会和其它任何
社会一样，谁享有人生安全感，谁就是优等阶级。】
在物欲横流、贫富悬殊、官贪政贿的今天，“文革”被部分中国人想象为一个与当
今的“物质主义社会”截然而异的理想时代。有人认为，当时的中国，虽然生活物品匮
乏，但却是个分配公正的社会。这在多大程度上符合史实，经历过“文革”的人也许会
按照各自的经验和不同的现实处境产生不同的看法；而不曾有过“文革”生活经验的人
则凭自己的偏好和需要自由发挥。我觉得，反思“文革”时期的物质文化，不能光凭个

不是政府没有能力去得力的管枪（或者禁枪），而是second amendment 继续向管枪方

executive order缴枪的state，该州的人民就应该组织militia来反抗。
constitution没有写明白到底是怎么回事，现在就只能让supreme court judge来决定
，其他人怎么解读都没有公信力。
最新的dc v heller的意思是政府管制可以，但是禁枪不行，至少handgun没人可以动。

70年代之前，法律界对于second amendment的解读就像坑王一样，拥枪权保留给
militia, 是"collective right".
NRA几十年如一日，通过金钱收买法律学者，不停的发paper, 宣传拥枪权是individual
right. 随着paper越来越多，逐渐改变了法律界对second amendment的主流看法。最
后在DC v Heller一案开花结果，supreme court正式承认拥枪权是individual right.
所以做什么事都要有长远的眼光，要持之以恒。虽然左派把持学术界，但是学术界的左
派中有大把软骨头，很容易收买。只要肯花钱，花时间，总能找到足够多的无耻文人，
