我是医生（cardiology fellow），研究方向比较杂，graduate school做的cancer
research，residency的时候有些偏clinical的文章。杂志发得挺好的，IF 5-18左右。
Paper：14
Citation：递交的时候只有96，RFE递交的时候108，现在也只有112 （文章近一年左右
比较多，所以引用不多）。
奖项的了一个ASH (american society of hematology) 的奖，虽然全国也没几个人得
，但是因为是给住院医的奖，就在简历里提了一下， 在PL里没有提及，还有其它一些
best poster什么的，就根本没有提。
律师是找的Wegreened，我觉得他们非常的专业，我自己写的research summary写的很粗
糙，根本没去挖掘引用亮点，所以质疑了 contribution （他们起草的recommendation
letter， PL都很好，我基本没怎么改动）。回复RFE的时候，wegreened提供了一个引用

以一个例子来说，

吡虫啉，这个使用最广泛的杀虫剂。
百度百科是这么写的：
吡虫啉是烟碱类超高效杀虫剂，具有广谱、高效、低毒、低残留，害虫不易产生抗性，
对人、畜、植物和天敌安全等特点，并有触杀、胃毒和内吸等多重作用。害虫接触药剂
后，中枢神经正常传导受阻，使其麻痹死亡。产品速效性好，药后1天即有较高的防效
，残留期长达25天左右。药效和温度呈正相关，温度高，杀虫效果好。主要用于防治刺
吸式口器害虫。
这么看过来，仍旧是云里雾里，不知所以。
结果看到个英文，就好办了。

发帖数: 4174 | 25 白血病有很多种，砒霜成功的例子是治疗ACUTE PROMYELOCYTIC LEUKEMIA（APL），这
确实是中药里少有的几个成功的例子，和青蒿素一样是伟大的发现。但是不知道砒霜完
胜的结论是怎么来的，治疗NEWLY DIAGNOSED APL的STANDARD THERAPY不是砒霜，而是
ATRA+anthracycline-based chemotherapy,我猜ATRA就是所谓的全反式维甲酸吧，我只
看到一个中国的随机对照实验显示在这种情况下砒霜优于ATRA，
我还看到有其他数据表明砒霜不如ATRA+anthracycline-based chemotherapy，显然砒
霜更好的证据不足，要不然的的话，砒霜就是STANDARD THERAPY了 。砒霜只是在APL经
standard therapy治疗复发后是最好的选择，所以它是ATRA+anthracycline-based

板上各位可能有些经验，能不能给出个主意？尤其是上哪儿能咨询一下该怎么办？谢谢
了。猫不在我身边，我对宠物看病也一无所知，干着急没办法。。。可怜的小猫是4年
前从马路上解救回来的，当时就奄奄一息，可能身体就比较弱。
下面是具体的一些情况。
4岁半，母猫，已经节育。
从10月4号开始，吐，但不拉希。体重下降从4kg 到 3.3kg
10月5号，做了Streptomycin injection后，不吐了，但是没食欲，也不喝，只是站在
水碗前，盯着看。
10月13号，兽医打了 Subcutaneous fluids with Sodium Chloride Injection,
Glucose Injection and Cefotaxime Sodium。从输液以后，拉了45例正常的大便，不
拉希，尿很黄。
10月19号，做了 bloodwork and hematology tests:
ALT:25.5
AST:24.3
ALKP:81.6 U/L
BUN:6.69 mmol/L
CREA:136.9 umol |

之前听radio，说关于breast cancer的预言性诊断和预防性手术。然后有个女生讲她本
来以为自己会有遗传性breast cancer（=_=...），她妈妈其实也做过预防性手术，乳
房被切除了。后来又知道说这个女生其实不用担心遗传性breast cancer，然后她这样
描述自己的心情：从此以后知道自己可能像一个正常人那样死去，可以是车祸，也可以
是心血管疾病，总之不会是breast cancer了。前几天我和一个psychiatrist聊起这个
话题，他告诉我一个他经手的例子，关于Huntington's Disease的。他们可以分析后代

本虾是土人，在中国的时候只在亲戚朋友家中喝过几次咖啡，而且根本就分辨不出不同
口味。
最近，尝试了Starbucks和McDonald。感觉前者非常贵，后者稍微便宜一点，但口味也
差不多。但我
有点上瘾了，每天早上中午都要买一大杯。
我的问题是: 对于懂咖啡的同学来说，是不是Starbucks比McCafe好很多？如果经常喝
McCafe，会
不会像吃他家的快餐那样生更多的病？

safety issue. For example, one major concern of T cell therapy is over-
activated T cell might cause autoimmune disease, which is a very common
problem in stem cell and organ transplant, including cancer immunotherapy.
Rosenberg, a big name in cancer immune therapy, killed one patient due to
