提醒的对，我的先看看保险条款。
我这痔疮都不知道怎么得来的，刚开始以为就是上火，吃辣椒太多，后来就越来月严重
。我是想如果要做手术，也就勇敢点去做，可能就是割快肉吧，看网上说的一些治疗办
法是有点害怕，但也没有别的选择了。现在是外痔，很痒。
如果大家有什么偏方，请介绍一两个吧，非常感谢！ |

发帖数: 658 | 10 痔疮(hemorrhoid）和息肉（polyps) 不一样。 肠道肿瘤一般起源于息肉。如果肠镜发
现有息肉，一般医生会取些做活检，看有没有hyperplasia, dysplasia, or cancer in
situ,根据具体情况（大小，个数）来短期，3年，5年， 或10年肠镜随访。
痔疮会出血，还应该不会导致你的缺铁性贫血。蛔虫也最多是营养吸收不好。
铁的吸收在十二指肠，还需要vit C. 不知到你有没有胃部的不适，肠镜主要做大肠，
乙状结场和直肠。要排除消化道溃疡，还要做胃镜。
可以理解对做胃镜肠镜的恐惧感。 那你饮食改变了后，最近有没有再查个全血？看有
没有好些。你的BMI 20-21还可以。如果饮食改变了，加了铁剂，还是觉得人乏力，心
跳快，唇色/眼睑结膜苍白，特别你的男的， 没有月经出血的问题，那应该好好查一下
原因。
长期的贫血，心跳会快，增加心脏的负担，长久不好。 |

一个原因是宝宝现在不喜欢吃奶，喜欢吃辅食，奶只吃9oz，结果儿医说需要停止一切
副食，直到能喝到24oz的奶，结果宝宝就总是饿着
不过昨晚只醒了一次，而且最近喝奶也多了，虽然没到24oz，但已经快到20oz了
不知道是不是累的，生平头一次觉得自己constipated了，甚至还觉得自己是不是得了
hemorrhoids了，呵呵，好在过了几天各种不适的感觉都消失了

If on rectal exam, you don't see melena, maroon stool, or fresh blood, but
FOBT is positive, in an inpatient setting, you will most likely follow H/H
again. In fact, even if I don't do FOBT, if I see a H/H drop, I'll still

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
3.课程描述9门（内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物，好像是这些，

the inferior rectal vein, which further drains into the internal iliac vein
then IVC.
If you still recall from Step I FA, in patients with portal hypertension,
one of the four portal-systemic anastomoses is between the superior rectal
vein (middle rectal vein should also be included, FYI) and the inferior
rectal vein. This anastomsis can cause hemorrhoid and subsequent bleeding. |
