看了几篇paper，是关于potassium depletion的。 其中potassium depletion buffer
的地方，我不太明白. 几篇paper中，buffer的组成是：Hepes, NaCL, CaCl2, MgCl2,
glucose (PH 7.4)，对于不同的paper（都是HEp-2 cells），组成和concentration都
不不一样，比如有的不含MgCl2 和glucose，但共同点是都有Hepes这个buffer。其中一
篇paper解释加入CaCl2是因为他们实验中的某种protein binding需要Ca+，但关于其他
成分，没有说明。
我的问题是：如果我做一个不同cell line的实验，那么这个potassium depletion
buffer我应该怎么做？比如能用PBS代替Hepes吗？要怎么加入各种成分才能最大程度上
保持和普通实验的一致性呢？（普通实验就是incubated with growth medium， RPMI
1640）。

while now),
which does not mean it's the easiest branch of physics or high energy theory.
some areas of AG are easier, such as computational or maybe even enumerative.
I don't know if AG should include algebraic number theory and category
theory. if so, these two areas are not easy. |

疗，肝功能正常的话，应该服用TB药物没有问题，但要定期检查肝功。hep B现在有些
新药，但也没特别有效的，而且副作用也大，还造成病毒变异啥的。稳定的话一般也不
治。小孩子要打疫苗。 |

当时以为要打，但后来也没管这事。

医生又说不需要打了，有点搞不清楚。还是测的项目不对。

rechecked it on June 14th, it raising to 1700. she had a CT just done, no
result yet. She never had hep B, or any liver problem before. no symptom.
She had breast cancer in 1998, had surgery and is in remission. otherwise
healthy. Doctor in China just want her to do CT, did not give a possible
explanation. I am afraid of liver cancer, but it raised so fast, felt like
a 炎症反应. can anyone give me some insight, please.

肝部阴影：4 * 5.6厘米大小。
肝硬化，轻度，有腹水。

我妈妈另外有糖尿病，5-6年，持续用抗糖尿病的药。我妈妈身体不好，不愿意做手术。

然后马上被老板送到医院，进了ER。抽血啊，打破伤风针啊，吃了两个防HIV的药，都
是FOLLOW PROTOCOL。
但是现在问题由来了，我们公司的保险不能让我去医院合作的诊所做FOLLOW UP,让我去
另外一个URGENT CARE。但是那个URGENT CARE 又不愿意做我的FOLLOW UP CHECK，理由
是我要去原来的医院拿检查结果，并且到INFECTION DISEASE CONTROL去做FOLLOW UP。
OMG，我现在要怎么办啊，都过了1个多礼拜了，我都没有拿到结果，我真的郁闷啊，哪
些HIV PREVETION的药如果不连续吃，会不会失效啊？ |

了，至少我们那个年代是这样的。或是体内都有了抗体。你需要做的是，第一，找个家
庭医生，告诉他学校或单位的要求，第二，可以要求测MMR和VARICILLA 的 TITER，如
果不确定HEPB， 也可以测一下抗体。 如果抗体都是阳性，你就不需要打了， 把记录
交给学校或单位。 哪个是阴性的则需要补哪个。 一般家庭医生那里提供 HEP B （三
针）。 但是一般没有MMR 或 VARICILLA 给成年人，HEALTH DEPARTMENT， WALGREEN,
CVS 都有，给保险公司打电话，可能报销。 一般单位还要求TDAP, 家庭医生有，直接
打一针吧，管十年。 |

%.周一考试真的是hit really bad by oncology,HIV,skin care.有五个oncology case
,还是generic, brand混着来，最后发展到一个case有oncology,HIV, Hep B，当时都要
崩溃了的感觉。
考试用的RxPrep, top 300 drug card.念了差不多两周的时间。 但是走出考场觉得自
己就象crap. 个人觉得真的念和不念差别不大。 |

pharmacy.说白了就是还是retail,只是多数都是close door,然后他说他们主要就做
oncology, Hep C, fertility,之类就是那些很贵，外面不常见，很新的药，一般一个
新药没出来几天，他们就有了，我问他有什么extra training requirement没有？他说
没有，他2年前毕业就拿到这个工作了，其他几个人也都是一般的pharmacists.我有点
兴趣，但是不知道值得去做6个星期APPE不？因为我们只有2个elective APPE,
compounding我是肯定要做的，剩下就只有1个可以选了，有什么toxicology, state
correction facility之类的，都感兴趣呀，觉得electrive的选择我个个都感兴趣。
我以后是想做retail的，当然也没有定了，有什么工作就拿什么工作了，state

看很多人问这个考的多不多，那个多不多，每个人的考试侧重点会完全不一样，fioro&
#8232;计算和药物反应不多，不代表你不会被考到。我的计算就很多，也不代表你错的
多，如
果看bulletin,计算的比例就很高，而且好几道TPN的。主要作为一个参
考，而不是复习
的指南。我还被考到几题一样的，我确定我答的是对的，所以
也不要freak out。
我的最后也有profile的题目。
HIV也被考到了
brand 和generic，所以什么都可能考，不过NAPLEX就是一个minimum
competency的考试，大家肯定没问题的。

diseases，rare drug names and dosage forms 占据的了整个考试。其他的常
见的东
西也都有，但是都是蜻蜓点水的考一下，一两题的样子。计算也不多。

1。radiation oncology: 这个现在openning非常少，一年大致也就10个左右，偏向
nuclear实验和hep实验。其他的比较困难，但也不是没有可能。
radiation oncology的问题是本身也是个民科，没有系统的理论，现在job market也
不是那么好。
2。fNMR, medical imaging, etc: 这个openning非常多，基本上属于radiology的分支
，理论非常系统，成熟。很多研究也很有意思，举个例子，比如用流变学研究脑血液在
血管中的流动等。
这行的主要问题是物理背景的很难进，因为他们自己专业也很成熟。物理的NMR很多
是做基础研究的，他们往往需要那些有西门子系统这种实际编程经验的人。
3。quant/bank/hedge fund: 这个我就不具体说了，无数人讨论过，自己看john hull
的书吧，当然，你的C++不行就别试了
4。Software industry： CS估计物理转行机会最多的行业了。很多公司需要学物理的

much better than their string groups, respectively. UMC has g. kane and j.
wells (collider physics and SUSY), UMD has r. mohapatra (neutrino), and JHU
