以前看板上似乎说high beam只有必要时开一下看远处，如果一直开着会吃罚单。但是
加州交规Driving in Darkness部分写着：
Use your high beams whenever possible in open country or dark city streets,
as long as it is not illegal.
这么说如果晚上开车应该尽量一直用high beam么(unless illegal)？但是没看到定义
什么情况是illegal。谁能帮忙指点一下加州交规那一页上说了什么时候用high beam是
illegal了？

Cupertino High, will also install in Lynbrook High, but many people from
Lynbrook were no aware of it.
The difference is that Verizon will install 74' high cell town in Cupertino
High which requires public notice and hearing from parent/residence.

868，rancho bernardo high school的API是866，westview high school的API是869，
Torrey Pines High school的API是895，这几所都是大家众所周知的好高中，另人意外
的是scripps ranch high school的API是914，因为我看之前大家发的帖子里提到
scripps ranch high 是要比我以上提到的那几所高中差一些的学校，可是2013年的API
这么高，是因为他近两年变强了吗？还是说我的信息有误，scripps ranch high本来就

是NEXT POTENTIAL。
关键是这两年Irvington high那边的房子比AMERICAN HIGH涨的快太多了。我觉得现在
AMERICAN HIGH的价格很有吸引力。但是你要是非常看重学区，还是IRVINGTON HIGH好
一些. 两边一样的房子差10万多都不止。 |

出的方案里是，Lynbrook可以按学区要求接受更多名额，但是和以前一样是整个大学区
所有的学生，从homestead high，fremont high，到cupertino high 包括那个小学都
可以申请，公平公正，因为这样可以每年调整，多减少补。(当然也包括monta vista,
但显然不会有多少人申请从MV到Lynbrook的) 。就象有人提到过，不论是谁最后进到
Lynbrook,都会是一样高水准毕业。分数的影响从来不是在大家的讨论范围（个别人可
能有意见）。整个Lynbrooks社区关心的是，强性重划学区导致overflow的问题。在
Lynbrook和Cupertino high同样满员的情况下，强行从cupertino high划３００～４０
０学生到Lynbrook，一定导致overflow，学区回答是到时候可以再重划，完全不理对整
个大学区每个学生更合理公平的方案，而且这个是学区自己一直使用多年的方案. 这样

chair感觉是娃坐上去最舒服的，graco contempo有点大，而且支架好像轻一些，担心
不稳。看到之前有几个人推荐graco blossom，最后决定把它抬回来了。
回家坐了以后，发现几个问题 ：
1，这个high chair座位比较高，宝宝不带安全带的话，或者在没有安装tray的情况下
很容易翻下来。
2， 我看到chicco的座位下面有一个可以抬起来的放脚的支架，这个有利于宝宝休息，
这个high chair就没有
3 设计比较笨重，不fashion
现在才发现我们原来用的evenflo后背也是可以调节的，唉，真笨，早知道能调节就买
