"Procuring Cause" 上。
Procuring Cause 大意是指最开始是由哪个Agent 把 Buyer 带进这一笔交易，之后又
有没有 follow up 的 events 导致这一笔交易最后成交。
当有 Agent2 出现的时候，他是否知道 Agent1 的存在，以及 involve 的企图（比如
纯粹要 hijack commission；或是 Agent1 breached buyer's trust and fiduciary
duty），也是判断谁是 Procuring Cause 的关键。
单单提供房地产信息并不能决定 Procuring Cause。不然他把所有市场上的信息全传给
你，他岂不是一定做成你那笔生意？ =)

https只是用来secure connection的，握完手以后还是要用cookie来查session。https
之所以能防范session hijacking是因为把通讯加密了所以你sniff不到。换了一个ip上
来还能match上session就说明是正常的session，有毛需要防的。
从OSI model来看，SSL运行在layer 5，HTTP运行在layer 7，码工干活的地方就更是往

angular（后台是Asp.net restful web api)，上手快，觉得挺Powerful的，非常喜欢
。哪知另一个Lead不声不响地自己搞Dojo+jquery和Python，然后只面向CIO demo，据
说CIO本人很impressed。现在可能要讨论哪个Lead领头，办公室政治的结果可能后者会
胜出吧。这个Lead是个比较轻狂的中白（快40岁），CIO这么取信于他有一个原因是他
跟Business打交道非常多所以Domain Knowledge丰富，他了解requirements, 但是捂着
不和我们分享，搞得我们做Angular的时候有点摸不清头脑要自己figure out用户要什
么。这个项目某种程度上已经被他hijack了。比较可气的是，他把我们每个developer
分配的不同components都用dojo/python重做了一套向CIO邀功。我的位子倒是挺稳定的
