跑步平均消耗为一英里大约一百卡路里。
你的速度的速度为4。2m/h耗应一百多卡左右应该正常， 不信你可以看看你的距离，应
该是在两英里以下。
不跑步的人是不会相信跑四十分钟才消耗这么点热量，因为听起来跑步是个剧烈运动，
但是跑步的人就会指导同样是跑步，4。2m/h 的速度和6。5m/h的速度相比是太舒服了
，基本上以你这个速度你可以快步走，不信明天尝试一下。 这也就是为什么就消毫热
量不大了。
跑步要想消耗最大的热量，速度一定要上去， 与其用很慢的速度毫很长时间，就不如
快跑两分中，快走一分中再快跑一分中，用HINT的概念(You can google HINT)。 快跑

做如下比较，杆1，10米长，重一斤。杆2，5米长，重两斤。通过微积分，我们可以知
道它们的角加速度是一样的呀。也就是说，它们的swing weight相等。这个不用我详细
证明吧？（hint，分无数小节，杆1的每小节是杆2一小节的两倍长，每小节的力矩都是

life ie a continuous session, etc. But I know I still get flustered if I
take a beating at the final day/session of a Vegas trip. It's no different
in dollars but a difference in psychology.
Also the longer someone plays in a session the more likely they are to tilt,
because they are tired or the beats add up or they know they have to go to
work in X hours... so it's just such an advantage to have the very next

感觉英国签证的网上说明不太清楚
1 按指纹的时候要带有条形码的pdf文档和护照，这个在申请后收到的email里写的很不
清楚。还好之前的考古贴里提到了。
2 材料寄到NYC去，但是在网申系统里没有邮寄地址，是在ukbc的某个网页里写的
3 ukbc有个照片要求的pdf，里面写照片不能笑。
4 绿卡要求是彩色复印件，要公正。这个也是在ukbc的某个网页上提到的，在网申系统
里没提
5 ukbc的又一个网页写，prepaid的回邮信封地址必须是打印的，手写不行。我用的是
fedex的。
总之罗里吧嗦的要求一堆，还都没写在一起。也不知道要是交的笑的照片，黑白复印的
绿卡，和手写的回邮信封会怎么样
申请3月初去一周，最后给的是1月初到7月初半年多次往返。
