这一段时间转基因食品的话题又变得异常火爆。在各种场合，我经常被问到转基因的问
题，大家最关心的是它是不是安全。在我费劲口舌解释了为什么转基因食品并不可怕之
后，听者往往将信将疑，然后盯着我问：“你自己吃转基因食品吗？”
我当然吃，而且已不知不觉吃了十几年。美国转基因食品开始大规模地上市是在1996年
，最早推广的转基因作物正是美国人的主粮之一——玉米。现在美国市场上的玉米80％
以上都是转基因的，主要是抗虫害转基因玉米。“虫子不吃的，人能吃吗？”这种中国
式的疑问在美国似乎从来就没有人提出过。
除了玉米，大豆、土豆、西红柿、油菜等主要农作物的转基因品种也在美国大量种植。
据统计，美国市场上的食品大约70％含有转基因成分。而且美国政府不要求转基因食品

越南、朝鲜和韩国、以及日本的拼音文字用来扫盲是最不错的。但是对层次高的（法律

历史上，据传是某个朝鲜国王创造了自己的文字，但是它一直被上层认为是不如汉字而
