A good hip exercise should always include IT stretch first, then hip stretch

two-feet when you initiate your downswing.
it does start from hip rotation. once you have a rotated hip (from open
position to close), your shoulder/arm naturally drop. so this is called hip-
initiated downswing.
However, since hip arc is much shorter than the shoulder/arm acr (which was
the backswing you've done.) shoulder/arm has to fasten to catch up the hip

起来移动重心的时候，hip就前移了。关键还是要把重心放到前脚掌
管子上有很多视频，找侧面镜头看一下。速度快一点，转得急的时候，前后脚明显分开
，其实是hip在后脚上面。
基本上，姿势越低，hip越靠后，站起来了，hip就靠前了
如果陡坡上/滑得快了，转得很急的时候，有其它的技术。也就不提hip forward了 |

I know I should bent my knees to generate the power. But I felt my left
knee painful. So I did not do much knee bending, instead of, I did some 送

Any one have such experience? What should do if can not bend knee much?

刚领回来的时候就觉得后腿好像不太正常，和家里以后的猫猫走路姿势都不一样，去做
Vet check 的时候还特意问了医生，医生给看了下说没事，我们就没太在意
结果昨天晚上发现他左后腿一瘸一瘸的，现在基本上用3个腿走路，奇怪的是他仍然和
以前一样的跑啊跳啊，好像完全没有意识到自己是用3个腿跑跳的，没意识到自己腿不
方便，也不叫疼，不闹，看他那个样子我的心都碎了！我家的大宝有点啥不舒服就叫得
不行不行的，我们就马上知道要带她看医生了。这个老二还真是一点不心疼自己啊！我
们都心疼死了。
我上网查了一下Hip Dysplasia, 感觉上症状好像的， 而且看了一个视频，里面狗狗得
了HIP, 和我家二宝走路姿势很像
我想马上带他去看医生，可是问题是我们还没有给他买保险呢，我和老公又都是学生，
不知道手术费要多少钱！现在买保险的话，比如买PETPLAN， 要14天后才能看病，我要
是等到14天以后带他去看是不是太晚了啊？

DDH treatment is age dependent. It seems that in US, more aggressive
treatment will be used if patient is more than 6 mo old and has definitive
diagnosis of DDH. But I cannot evaluate how bad is this patient's DDH.

一个月大的宝宝确诊为moderate Hip Dysplasia (DDH)，上了Harness，医生给她穿
Harness的时候她不哭不闹，回家吃了奶就睡了3个小时，但是醒来过后就开始
screaming，就像哪里把她伤着了一样，（宝宝以前一直很天使，哭都很少，从未
screaming)，晚上睡了一个多小时就开始一直吵，即便抱着她也是短则几分钟，长则十
几二十分钟就要screaming一次。同时食量大增，差不多增加了50%，上午抱着她好好睡
了一个多小时，然后又是时不时screaming，什么都哄不住。下午给医生打了电话，让
先把harness取下4个小时，明天让harness厂家的人看看是不是需要adjustment（这个

发帖数: 815 | 47 打了三个多月吧，前一阵能稳定在110-120如果用7号铁，打的基本也算直线。但是我
swing当中有个major flaw就是downswing是手臂开始的，所以从这周开始练习用hip来
initiate downswing。结果变得完全不会打了，70%全打浅了，地滚。
我个人觉得我用hip，结果就变成提胯，结果杆子下来的时候就打浅了。还有就是头抬
的过早，但是这是令外一个问题。
让人沮丧的一周。
p.s.顺便加一句，我是half swing。 |

发帖数: 43 | 49 看了臣妾做不到网友的介绍，download了hip hop abs, 今天做了第一套，大概26分钟
，个人觉得运动量很小，一套下来，我没有流汗，奇怪的熊T老兄好象是汗流浃背.....
.难道我做的不对？这套操对协调性要求很高，协调性不好的人可能会比较frustrated.
好处就是跟着学了这些moves，以后大妈有机会去club就不会胆怯了,哈哈。我后来还是
做了一套insanity, 45分钟下来汗流浃背，比较有运动的感觉，决定以后做完了
insanity之后再做hip hop abs，算是放松一下。 |

那么感觉就是应该腰围在这个范围之内了？发现我老婆的腰围
在大多数背包的Fits waist/hips范围之外，给她买新包就可以
直接先筛选排除大多数包了。
另外torso length怎么量？量好后应该能节省很多试包的时间啊。 |
