1949年以前，大小凉山彝族社会的全体成员，严格地划分为诺伙、曲诺、阿加和呷西四
个等级。诺伙是统治等级，其余是被统治等级，程度不同地受着诺伙的剥削和奴役。但
在被统治等级中，也有高等级占有低等级的现象。1949年以后这种奴隶社会的等级制被
废除。
（一）诺伙 汉语称“黑彝”，在政治、经济上享有无上的特权，是凉山的统治者，诺
伙都有严密的家支组织和广泛的家支联系，并利用家支进行统治，自视血统纯洁、高贵
，享有世袭的贵族身份和统治特权，与被统治等级之间有不可逾越的鸿沟。少数诺伙虽
