我家老大现在开始学溜冰，ice skating。应该到哪去买冰鞋啊，到底买的是figure
skating的冰鞋还是打Hockey的冰鞋，或者是有普通冰鞋？
商店里的salesman给我推荐的是Hockey冰鞋，娃的教练推荐figure skating的冰鞋。我
娃的脚是Toddler 10M，穿Hockey的冰鞋是Y8（买了，被教练批评了，店家还不让退，

今年，想加个soccer。毕竟他将来的朋友打Hockey的不会太多。除非入队，要不约场球
也不容易。还是soccer简单大众。Hockey的赛季已经开始了，soccer的赛季是暑假开始
。刚跟双方教练协调过了，说会协助我们协调好时间。走一步看一步吧。
以前soccer都是跟我玩，还有参加了一些playball之类的课程，今年想让他参加比赛，
还是比赛锻炼人啊。
不过，上个周末问他想玩什么的时候，他说football。我一愣，想想也不错，趁小的时
候，大家的身体素质还没差那么大的时候，玩个几年，倒也了了他的一番心愿，毕竟这
是第一球啊。这个礼拜抽空去转了几个Youth Football，咨询了一些情况，到也不赖，

小孩摸索不出东西的话，就找教练启蒙，家长做巩固和量化训练，这样事半功倍！不觉
得家长容易脾气急，孩子follow的也不好？如果找教练的话，在一个group里，教练教
什么，小孩一个个学的都特认真。早期可以找playball之类的program，球类是相通的
，最早期要让小孩摸通球性，渐渐你可以看到，他可以拍球，可以用手传球接球，可以

苦也还算好吧。其实，抱怨累的，心里也是甜滋滋的。真正辛苦的是孩子有点运动天赋
，开始打travel的。
我们一朋友家，两孩子，一个hockey travel，一个soccer travel。soccer那个还好，
因为训练都是下午的。Hockey那个，每天早上妈妈5点起床，准备好早餐，打好包，5：
30喊爸爸孩子起床，爷俩洗漱后赶到冰场早锻炼，孩子的早餐都是车上吃的，孩子早锻
炼的时候爸爸正好用早餐，然后送孩子去学校，然后上班。妈妈在家照顾另外一个，然
后送孩子去学校，然后上班。周末得比赛，常常得早上5点多开两个多小时车赶到外地
比赛。也想过跟大家carpool，但是也就是嘴上说说，谁舍得错过孩子的一场比赛啊？
经常两个孩子的比赛是冲突的，得爸爸送一个，妈妈送一个，这样看比赛还得握着一个
DV，回家后交流。一晃他们都坚持了五六年了，soccer进了regional pool，hockey也
是对立绝对的主力。 |

昨天在calgary等车的时候没事干，去图书馆拿了本hockey的书看。
终于明白了为什么冰球队员比赛以后都还要继续骑自行车(就连校际联赛
的客队来我们学校的时候都是扛着stationary bike来的)。因为大运动
量的无氧运动时为了提供肌肉能量身体会把glycogen转化为ATP，在转化
的过程中产生的一个副产品就是lactic acid。这就是为什么体育锻炼第
二天起来会觉得浑身酸疼的原因。所以运动以后马上休息并不是最好的
方法。要想缓解酸疼，最好的方法就是继续运动。但是运动量要小，不
要让肌肉继续参予剧烈的收缩，而是要慢速的运动，增加血液循环来清
理蓄积在身体里的lactic acid。一般就是骑个半个小时的自行车就差不
多了。其它的方法还有按摩，这个对于咱们就不太容易享受到。 |

比赛，所以相对来说更危险。冰球队员的护具是从头到脚，能想到
的地方基本上都已经被覆盖了，普通队员的装备有：
helmet
(visor, cage, mouth guard)
(neck guard)
shoulder pads, jersey
elbow pads
gloves(wrist guard)
hockey stick

地面成一个很小的角度，用轮子的侧面来磨，对轮子的磨损极大。
所以一般不这样做，即便要做也是用hockey stop的动作，但是
我个人不把此成为hockey stop，就是因为太不灵活了，完全没
有hockey stop的感觉。
t-stop轮滑是完全可以做得出来的。 |

三岁就在冰上跑的，正教他小孩HOCKEY STOP的人请教过。说一只叫向斜前外方蹬，
一只脚不太蹬。这好象和过去看到的滑跑刀的划出一片冰花的HOCKEY STOP不一样。

Bauer比较适合脚窄的，CCM，Reebok比较适合脚宽的，不过呢，每个尺码下面也有分，
D，E，EE，E比D宽点，EE更宽。

不要去一般的体育用品店. 去个专业点的, 专门卖hockey用品的. Perani's 是一个.
一般hockey场外就有一个.
卖skate的人应该给你量脚大小和宽窄. 根据你的要求推荐鞋子. 对beginner可能他们
会推荐$200左右的. (一般再便宜点的他们没多少货). 如果遇到经验丰富的会给你讲各
个鞋子的区别. 穿上鞋子在地上走走, 穿一会看看脚疼不疼.
大人的鞋Senior skates是可以bake的. 店里会给bake. bake后24小时内不能用
对beginner来说, 最重要的是鞋子和不和脚. 牌子没多大意义. 卖鞋子时最好找个划
hockey的店员.
的， 刚刚滑冰回来， 感觉脚后跟很酸很累， 脚趾感觉还好。 刚刚穿上的时候没有这
样的感觉， 只有滑了一会儿的时候有酸累的感觉。

figure skates前面有picks，所以有一定的难度，如果速度快，控制不好
摔起来也比较惨，但是有些花样的动作只有figure skates才能做出来。
hockey skates是短刀，两头都是圆的，所以做动作特别灵活。而且hockey
skates的脚踝两侧有特别的保护，防止puck砸伤脚踝，后面还有heel guard，
这些设计都是figure skates没有的。
没听说过什么recreation skates。但是有一种speed skates，没有太多研究，
就知道刀长而窄。后跟是分离的，低帮，完全不一样的设计。
如果就是为了滑着玩，可以买便宜的hockey skates。 |

我个人的感觉hockey skates转弯和急停最容易。因为hockey skating里急转弯
的动作用figure skats做，如果动作稍微有点偏差就很别扭。当然figure skating
里有自己图特的转弯动作。
个人感觉还是不要用figure skats入门的好，因为速度滑的动作和其他的有很大
差别，其他滑法的动作用到速度滑里就是错误的，所以一旦形成很难改。
hockey skates有一个好处，技术稍微差一点也无所谓，但是如果用figure skates
技术还不熟练时，速度过快的话很危险。 |

如果身体后仰，双脚并拢，停下来不难。但这是搓雪，不是carving。要想提高，必须
要把后仰这毛病改掉。如果会了carving，停下来还是绕过去，随心所欲，不用特意去
学hockey stop。 |
