式成为全美首个“庇护州”）。但显然，一直强烈反对此提案的美国联邦移民执法局
ICE并不打算就此妥协。ICE代理局长Thomas Homan周五严厉批评该法案，并放下狠话，
表示ICE绝不会善罢甘休，会将遣返进行到底。
SB54提案的签署意味着加州政府与联邦移民执法局ICE的大部分合作和沟通都将与法案
生效时，即2018年1月1日起终于。加州将为本应被遣返的非法移民提供保护，防止ICE

我之所以说我们suck就是因为实在忍受不了上一场耻辱地输
给Badgers里面D的糟糕表现，我觉得准备的最不充分，或者
最轻敌的就是他们。他们上半场完全被蹂躏，下半场需要他们
站出来的时候再次掉链子，彻底输掉比赛……
废话少说，原本以为Heyward和Ross Homan,Rolle以及
Moller回来之后我们的D还会保持高水平，可是我真的错了
看看赛季前把Heyward吹到多高，仿佛马上就是All-American
的水准了，可是呢？看看这些场地表现，也不过一般，Gibson
Worthington, Spitlter这些D-line的壮汉以及擅长
Int的Coleman走之后，就剩下去年一直被诟病的Homan和海伍德
可以拿得出手，对些弱队以及伪强队迈阿密还能撑撑能耐，特工
队也走下坡路，真的在上一场暴露无遗。也许是我对于D过于乐观
一场下来所有弱点暴露有些接受不了，但是事实摆在面前，还是
不要去NCG丢人现眼了，老老实实打好下面的比赛，解决D的问题
吧，倒是offense让人眼前一亮，但是defense在打硬仗的时候

冠得主名单，以预测将于10月公布的诺贝尔奖科学和经济学类得主，名单上的科研人员
将有可能成为各项诺贝尔奖的有力争夺者。
每年，汤森路透都会利用其研究解决方案Web of Knowledge™中的数据，根
据诺贝尔奖的生理或医学、物理、化学与经济分类，使用定量数据来分析和预测最有影
响力的研究人员。根据其发表的研究成果的总被引频次，这些高影响力研究人员被授予
汤森路透引文桂冠得主(Citation Laureates)称号，预示着他们可能成为今年或不久将
来的诺贝尔奖得主。
汤森路透是唯一采用定量数据预测年度诺贝尔奖得主的机构，自2002年起，共有21
位引文桂冠奖得主赢得诺贝尔奖。
汤森路透研究服务引文分析师David Pendlebury说：“在科学社群里，若经过分析
和计算，引文可以作为另一种形式的同行评审。一位科学家发表研究成果的被引用次数

发帖数: 179 | 49 春天到了，vacation也来啦，回头一看第一年的苦日子马上就熬完了，应蝎子斑竹之托
，今天来聊聊第一年的intern生活。其实正经开始第一年之前，从来都没有做过
inpatient的ob，体制不熟，英文吃力，不少medical term都表达不出来，记得第一个
rotation是在心内，病人straightforward，每天只有两个admission，而我却天天都是
8点以后到家，早上6点就去医院preround病人，即便如此许多东西还是似懂非懂，完全
由两个超好的resident照着，我的感觉是自己与这个环境真是格格不入，很像初到七连
的许三多，背后也流过不少泪，想方设法提高自己，终于半年后拿到了一次最佳表现奖
，有带我的住院医感叹“you are so efficient”，还有的评论：she was the first
intern who showed team leader commitment，工作非常得心应手，现在越来越多的在
享受医学带给我的乐趣，和生命带给我的思考。既然来写帖子，在这里毫不保留的与大
