太可怜了。 有人推荐Homeopathy. 不知道作用怎么样， 有没有负作用。

美国上层人的新兴学科了
alternative medicine 其实就是西方式的中医。
比如newborn 婴儿 胀气就让喝gripe water，其实就是生姜茴香水。
如果哪天某位大牛能把中西的中医都集个大成，买不到好中药就去whole foods 里面买
这些alternative medicine homeopathy 的各种原料就好 |

German in 1800s. It uses extremely diluted herbal or mineral ingredients.
So by the view of conventional medicine the curative and side effects are
both negligible. (for more info see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeopathy#Effectiveness) However, some of the stuff I've used (for allergy and itch) work for me and I've known people who swear by them. So it probably varies by people and illnesses.
