共知，但在大家的帖子里我看到得比较少，所以就连带科普一下吧。另外不同投资方案
可能很难做到投资的schedule都一样，这时候用未来某时刻的cash value来比较就变成
不可能。比如说，有一笔钱，是用来买投资房咧还是放在股市？投资房有cash flow，
那么未来的cash value跟放股市就不可比了。在我所讨论的这三种方案中，term+VFINX
跟IUL或者term+VFINX跟WL的schedule可以做到一样，但WL跟IUL就很难做到一样。用
ROR才能更清楚更公平的把三种方案放在一起进行比较。另外我说我不是Excel guy，不
是想说我自己不会算，这点你可能误会了。
1. 在我没有跑我的程序之前，没有实实在在的数据支持，我没法直接做你这个泛化到
所有情况的论断。因为如我在原帖说的那样，税率(income tax rate & capital gain

就从我自己的经历来说吧
我90年代初期， 在 Montgomery county Maryland 上学。。 那时候， 我的学校估计
是最多5% hispanic， 其他基本是白人。 亚洲人更加少。 那学校还是在DC 和
Maryland的边界。 如果你再往 maryland 里面去点，白人更加多。
二十多年后， Montgomery county 基本全变成hispanics
90年代， 我根本就不知道英文里有 “hijab” 这个词, 现在美国到处hijab。。。
原来美国的移民， 基本就是欧洲的caucasian， 根本不像你说什么东北乱炖。
你去youtube看看50， 60 年代的Los Angeles, 再比较一下现在的LA， 就知道了
California在80年代， 90年代初， 还是有时蓝， 有时红。 这是一个homogeneous 的
民主国家的表现。 california 现在一党专政， 就是靠改变race来achieve 成的 |

因为CA是民主党一党专政，所以CA的码农没资格骂中国不争气。
首先两个错误，
1. CA不是民主党一党专政，简单来讲，一党专政的意思是只允许一个合法政党，且不
允许其他所有政党的出现。CA在2016年大选的时候，还有~30%人投给共和党候选人。去
看眼加州政治分布，民主党派人数在加州是在45%上下的，共和党30%，无党派20%，剩
余党派5%。你最多只能说：加州是民主党优势州。
其次，中国嘴上说的是人民民主专政，本质上是一党专政，人大沦为形式。
按照鄙视链，CA的码农有资格鄙视。
2. 至少共产党没有像民主党一样， 敞开国内， 大批引进外来人口，改变中国人口结
构
很简单啊，中国不是移民国家，美国是。这点还要纠结？从长期来看，美国和加州人口
比例变化大多因为两个足球人口增长迅速：亚裔和西班牙裔。西班牙裔靠历史原因和生
的多，亚裔才是靠移民得多。

隔几分钟在上下转换,不是那种尖锐的痛,是那种揪住的感觉,后来就感觉上腹部不舒服,
感觉向上涌,犯酸,要吐又吐不出的那种.后来这疼痛一直持续了大概六七个小时就慢慢
好了.再后每隔几天发作过几次,现在不是很疼,但下腹部还是隐隐不舒服.两周前看了医
生,验血查了肝胆肾都正常,随后做了CT.CT结果如下,好象说是CBD肿大,肝部有点小东西
.听医生的建议约ERCP专家,但专家要一个月后才能见我.我现在拿不准是不是就等这个
专家,还是坚持家庭医生先做MRCP.麻烦专家指点下.多谢.

个问题，而且我还考虑到在奶量少的情况下，奶粉的营养更全面，所以希望娃能尽可能
多的摄入一些奶粉，所以最后实验了用奶粉做酸奶，结果很成功，做出的酸奶完全没有
formula的那种恶心的味道
我现在一般用whole milk和formula配在一起制作酸奶，比单用formula做出来的味道更
好些，单用formula也没有问题，我实验过
因为我没有酸奶机，所以直接用高压锅的保温档做的，电饭锅慢炖锅都可以，我个人用
烤箱制作的不太成功，估计是我家烤箱太老了不好用
一般我做500mL的配方如下：
400mL whole milk小火煮到冒小泡泡（180F左右），关火，放凉到105度左右，倒入无水
无油干净的玻璃罐中；加入6勺formula，搅匀；

前有一美白室友，只有两大嗜好，不停地看C-SPAN和周末去party。偶有时也跟去。
他们都要比偶年轻，倒也不都是新生fraternity很wild那种，可一去以后，发现互
相也没有几个熟的。小美party，两样东东是不缺的。啤酒和音乐。碰巧，这两样都
是偶喜欢的。偶那town本来就非常地homogeneous, 常常是偶一个非美白混迹其中，
全靠以酒会友。他们有时会玩若干人比谁喝的快，偶从来都是胜出，连偶自己都吃
惊，心想北大真是培养各方面的能力啊。小美party,因为人多，都是买一两个kegs,大
家拿着塑料杯，一按一按地在那儿接啤酒。偶初去的时候，很惊奇，觉得这一桶好

其实上海新加坡更牛，但作者说，我们只研究develped domocratic国度）

我们的种族复杂啊，我们的儿童贫穷率高啊，我们的移民太多了啊，我们的教育经费投
放不足啊！
第一条：新加坡笑了；
第二条：波兰笑了；
第三条：加拿大笑了；
第四条：天朝笑了。（内个，我加的）
芬兰是个非常homogenous的国度，但也不是没有移民和少数族裔的，作者去了一个汇集
了10%移民的芬兰小学，才10%啊，很多芬兰白妈妈就叫嚣着会影响我娃学业的，要退出
找别的学校了，（怎一个傲骄啊！）
但其实，这个移民聚集的小学是在芬兰的水准之上的。
芬兰老师的态度是：No Sympathy, No Empathy
我不管你家穷不穷，从哪里来的，你来了我这里就是我的学生，我就是要象对待其他学
生一样对待你。
他们认为和都是有害的。

搞到一个班里。老师就要分心去教两套。本来美帝老师就不像天朝老师那么敬业，
精力再一分散，加上老师自己家里两三个孩子，combo班就很难教好。

比较无聊。3D打印近几年比较热，虽然其基本概念应该就是N年前我们说的快速成型。
如果做研究开发，要做到不但3D形状精确，还要做到可以在任意局部控制刚强度甚至热
学电磁学性质，然后结合密大老K的Homogenization算法，将大有可为。

It seems to me that Sharon has more Asian/Chinese and diversified housing
stock. While Westwood is more homogeneous White, and housing is more
expensive, it seems that Westwood is very steady in terms of real estate
value.
Besides upgrade, what else you dislike Westwood? I know some towns in
MetroWest are quite snobbish.That is the reason Chinese prefer Lexington and
Newton etc. |
