大陆那些人反对的是过份和不合理加分，比如北京的满族回族高官，子女也加分。宁夏
的杨改兰一家反而不加分。
贫困地区的加分，合理；因为他们的教育资源本来就少。
母语不是汉语的语文加分，也合理，因为他们面临更大困难和挑战。
但是贫困地区的汉族也应该加分，不能只加少民；母语不是汉语的汉族也应该加分。
北京上海的少民和母语是汉语的少民则不应该加分。
这才是照顾弱势。类似杨改兰一家那样的。需要照顾，难道不是完全合理么。
美国情况不一样，黑人母语也是英语，不存在母语困难问题。美国很homogeneous，不
是中国那样贫困地区集中，少民集中。穷人在大城市。
美国的AA按种族，其实是一种racism，并不是照顾真正弱势。
一个亚裔，母语不是英语，又是贫困家庭，正是最需要加分和照顾的，反而没有。

Kolmogorov是大数学家，然而居然也做过turbulence，他和他的大弟子Obukhov完成了
所谓K41理论简直神来之笔，K41就是41年首次提出的，说湍流速度场某统计量（结构函
数）有个渐近性质，这是个宽泛的论断，牛就牛在适用于几乎所有湍流流场，称为
universality，很多人知道的-5/3-law只是个推论，不过-5/3更有名，Lumley说这玩意
儿跟Prandtl-von Karman的壁面律非但同样优美而且是对偶的，湍流直到现在基本普适
的就这两个定律。Bachelor似乎是西方世界第一个搞懂苏联学派的，在他1956年的小册
