总部设于纽约市的中餐馆食物供应商「新榕华贸易公司」（New Yung Wah Trading
Co）去年年底被查出仓库有死老鼠，联邦食品暨药物管理局（U.S. Food and Drug
Administration，简称FDA）7日发表声明表示，调查仍在进行中，不过新榕华公司
已经「改正了他们的错误」；FDA同时拒绝透露向该公司进货的餐厅名单。另一方面，
毗邻纽约的新泽西州许多中餐馆，均急忙撇清曾从新榕华公司进货。
木桥市（Woodbridge）中餐馆「Hong Kong Wok」店主杨先生表示，许多顾客看到FDA报
告后，可能认为所有中餐馆都差不多，但实际上不是所有中餐馆都使用相同的进货

1.管理非常混乱，东西坏了不给修，打了３个月电话没人接，全是留言。
2.押金一分不退，还要倒赔，说地毯上有个几公分的难以清洗的地方，要７００刀。
3.地下车库有股霉味，不知道长时间对身体好不好，反正俺久了胸部不舒服。
4.夏天屋里大黑蚂蚁巨多。
5.去年夏天回国一个月，电费煤气费帐单４０多，只比平常少２０块，没搞明白
