先谈谈撤稿的原因吧。特别是像韩春雨发表的这样的有影响的期刊。
首先没有一个作者会主动撤搞。都是编辑要你撤的。但是编辑会和你商量。如果作者同
意，在这种情况下期刊会发布公告，作者和期刊达成协议同意作者撤搞。
撤搞的两大类原因：
1.诚实的人为因素错误。例如，实验数据和统计分析错误。
2.学术行为不端。比如数据作假，有利益关系，缺乏遵守道德规范，剽窃等。
后者2的坏影响大于前者1。

But I guess there are still some honest factories.
Current situation is that cheating behaviors in China have low risks and
high gains. Thus these
cheating factories steal some market shares of honest factories, and
decrease the profit margins
of honest factories. Gradually increasing the quality standard will not
increase the price as much. |
