情况比较复杂，大致如下：

房子的租期是今年6月1日到8月1日，短租的暑假，租金750每月，security deposit同
样的数目。与其他两名室友合租。
8月1日查房的时候房东发现她的granite counter top有一块变色了，很不高兴，想把
整块counter top换了，说要扣留我们的security deposit，会找公司报价之后再联系
我们。她说肯定是我们把烫的锅子直接放在台子上造成的。我们一直不承认。因为那一
块地方是放的调料，从来没有放过锅子。而且granite就是因为抗高温的特点，才卖的
比较贵的。
她说换变色的部分counter top不会太多，也就几百块。
我们当时就觉得，几百块对她来说不多，对我们来说太多了，就据理力争。
首先，变色的原因不明，如果是因为烫坏了，那就根本不是我们，如果是其他原因，倒
有可能；
第二，我们不能确定在我们来之前是不是已经变色了。她说我没有在入住查房的时候写

You don't have to tell the reason honestly. You only need to be honest about
your experience.
If hiring manager asks you why, you can simply say "I don't like the working
environment/style. That's it."
I know somebody changed jobs 4 times within 1 year, somehow he can still get
next offer easily.
Forget this hiring manager and move on to next one. |

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。

。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

１。 最最重要的，准备好婴儿安全座椅（Car Seat）吧。出院的时候护士会检查，没
有安全座椅的妈妈你可是连院都出不了呢。即使你借一个能出的了院，在上路的时候要
是没有安全座椅，那也是违法的哦，仅以加州为例，2015的条例没有安全座椅会被罚款
$436美元。况且，为了您自己宝宝的安全，也应该把宝宝放在安全座椅呀。这绝对是在
路上保护宝宝的最好方式。万一万一不幸发生事故了，安全座椅能够最大程度降低车祸
