我准备5月15号左右去湾区（正在订机票），地点是fremont. 急需住的地方和一辆车子
。因为囊中羞涩，所以我只能接受很低价位的房和车。（很低价位指的是$200-350/月
的房子，$1000-2000的车子）
**对房子没有什么要求：近Fremont，整洁，安静，有网。能正常生活即可。
不介意合租（限女生），车库，地下室，阁楼或者客厅。
另外，我可以做一些housework或者baby sitter的工作来exchange rent. （以前教
过美国小孩画画，弹钢琴和中文）
**对车子也没有什么要求：能正常使用2-3年以上即可。希望可以尽量避免以后花钱修

My housekeeper works 6 days a week and have sunday or whatever the day you
want her off. doesnt have to be sunday. so she leaves around 3pm on Sat afternoon and comes back on

Snack: fat free greek yogurt (90 cal) and one Mango (110 cal)
Drink a lot of green tea and water a day as possible,
Dinner: Chinese green veggie, two pieces of salmon (no skin), and 1 cup of
almond milk.
(about 400 cal)
Estimate calories intake: 1,100.

早饭：两片全麦面包； 一个水煮鸡蛋； 肉松10g；半杯红茶；大概共300cal。
中饭：糙米饭（100g），两份蔬菜（50g每份），三片大豆蛋白鱼，一片大豆蛋白ham。
下午：一个红富士苹果；1/3块巧克力（约5g）。
晚饭：牛肉砂锅（瘦牛肉50g， 绿豆粉丝50g，青菜白菜番茄金针菇若干）。

今天自制了energy bar，为了上班做准备。
上班后，
早餐7:00 （需要开车40分钟到公司；9:00上班，为了表示积极，我打算8:30到公司）；
中餐12:00 （这个时间应该有灵活性）
晚餐6:00. （这个更灵活了）
早餐中餐间隔5小时；中餐晚餐间隔6小时。像我这种三小时就会饿的人，肯定要准备点
加餐。我打算上午10点左右吃水果蔬菜沙拉；下午三四点的时候吃一个自制的energy
bar。
我的energy bar里主要是old fashion的燕麦（3 cup），面粉（1.5 cup），红糖（3/4
cup)，黄油（1/2 cup），nuts（1/2 cup），鸡蛋（2），葡萄干(1/2 cup)，baking
soda （1 tsp），salt（1/2 tsp）。味道还不错，能量也高，吃一小块就顶饿。

这两天发现横拉或者台内拧球都很有力量。

em really is the sure way to gain weight. and my brain just turns into mash
after two+ hrs of poker. a break for exercise usually helps a lot.
