英里，8分21秒的pace，感觉挺好。回到家，洗漱完毕后，检查电子邮件，读到跑友P昨
晚从芝加哥发来的一封信，我被感动得眼睛湿润了。
30岁出头的P和妻子有一对漂亮的龙凤胎儿女。孩子们已经6岁，哥哥上小学1年级，妹
妹却因为患自闭症在接受特殊教育。每个人训练跑马拉松的原因各异。而这次P跑芝加

I don't know any seasonal body odor pattern or any study on seasonal
influence on the apocrine gland where body odor components are secreted,
other than moisture promotes body bacterial growth and summer is usually
humid while winter air tends to be dry.
Does the seasonal ambient humidity make a difference on anybody's armpits?

But surely cold AC air will make everybody sweat less during summer, and in
winter warm AC allows everybody dress less, thus the better aeration through

control the humidity, you can feel very comfortable when temperature is
above 77.
关闭门窗 doesn't mean you don't have air circulation.

我们这里precipitation的确不错，夏天会有thunderstorm,而且有时候还会大到暴雨。在暴热了几天之后，来场大暴雨就能风凉好几天。自然降水是调节温度的良方。夏天就是靠这个，感觉才没有那么热。 当然冬天雨雪比较西岸而更多。 所以全年降水丰沛。所以英文precipitation比较高。
也正是因为春夏秋三季降水丰沛。所以东岸才有叶子可看。哪有听过到北加南加去看叶子的。反而仙人掌倒是不少。 阿拉这里从南边的Tennessee一直到北边的Maine, 沿着Appalachian山脉走，一路都有看叶子的地方。这也拜我们东岸降水丰沛，四季分明所赐。

humidity will make you sweat and feel muffled for sure, but it will also
keep your live, unless you want to drink from the ocean.

need to take care of the mold which is already there. Remediation can cost
as much as the price of your house, depending on how severe is the damage.
