5。灯具设计/生产以及经销的。

for these type of stocks.

by Oct 2012 the USCIS will approve EB2 C&I with PD earlier than 06/2008 or
10/2008.
by Oct 2013 the USCIS will approve EB2 C&I with PD earlier than 12/2009 or
06/2010.
by Oct 2014 the USCIS will approve EB2 C&I with PD earlier than 06/2011 or
12/2011 .
If HR 3012 is approved, then my predictions won't be valid any more.
I think the big hurdle has been passed: for PD 2006 and 2007, their waiting
time was 4-5 years because of the old 200k H1B cap/BEC/245i and the disorder
of USCIS.
