首先，所谓conflict of interest,在judicial disqualification程序上有两种路径，
要么法官recuse sua sponte,要么一方上motion。lying trump要是觉得在法律上这个
coi成立，就不用whine了，上一个motion就算是denied了也是上诉的最佳理由，end of
story.
其次，所谓COI的理由成不成立？或许lying trump 这个理由可以骗poorly educated的
达克，骗不了其他人。
原因如下
Judicial disqualification规定主要在28 usc 455. 455a实践中容易一些，455b举证
责任非常严苛，除非有compelling evidence证明特定的impartiality，否则压根没戏。

, seems a lot, but it is only 0.18% difference, a small hurdle to overcome.
In terms of cost, 1% cost differential is a lot. But if I want to get Asian
exposure, I won't use VPACX, although its cost is low (0.26%). I will pay
about 1% extra to guys who understand Asian market.
