We should be united and we should have a complete leader committee to

Yes, we can have different ideas and expectations but please don't hurt

At the time, most of my long runs were in doors, on a treadmill, and I was
fine. I thought that it must be those people have big nipples or something.
Lately, I started doing my long runs (6 - 10 miles) outdoors. Now I found
out that my nipples really hurts. The difference is: the wind in outdoors
push the shirt against your chest, which will aggravate the friction between
the shirt and the nipple.

think i need it. While, in several long runs later, it started to hurt.
Now i only wear performance shirts got from marathon games. The first thing
to check ( i think you and most runners here already know): never have a
cotton shirt for long runs. |

Does marathon improve my life expectancy? Current studies don't have enuf
evidence to suggest one way or another. At one point, we all have to make a
judgment call, is it worth it? To most of us, distance running is a hobby.

miles, and I took it as a recovery run. Finished with 9:00+ pace. Still felt
the slight pain and tightness on my high end part of my calf, close to my
left knee. Switched to walk at mile 5 and iced it right after the workout.
When I walk, I can still feel it. Hope I will get fully recovered in next a
few days. If it still hurts till next Sunday, I will truly regret to take

After about only 3 miles of running, there was a SUV
blocking the sidewalk with engine on but no one inside.
I felt very good till then, and did not want to slow down.
So tried to run on road to bypass it. When I turned
sharply to push myself back on the sidewalk, my left
foot slipped and sprang my ankle and hurt on the outside
of the forefoot. It was really bad pain, and I was not
able to stand.

It is kind of eye opening at first. I tried shadow swing this "magical" way
a few times, and I feel I had the fastest swing speed ever by a mile.
BUT it is not natural, feels manufactured. I think people will get hurt
really fast focusing on 2 fingers.
HOWEVER, it gave me a taste of what it feels like totally hitting through
the ball. It sure feel fast and powerful. Now we just need to re-create that
naturally. Any thought? |

完全不合情理的地方太多了，随便举两个例子：
1.负责起爆的恐怖分子那叫一明显，绝对在起爆点100米范围内，拿着遥控器显摆。要
都这么着，恐怖分子早死绝了。有几个场景，我都替恐怖分子着急，还不按遥控器？！
2.负责警戒的美军绝对人道，不爆炸不能确认谁是恐怖分子。在战场上还要问我能开枪
么，太弱智。
3.拆弹小组真全能：狙击，巷战，搜索无一不会。整个一三角洲加海豹突击队。
4.影片开始不久，哥们去排雷，扔了个烟雾弹，高了半天不知道他要干什么。类似的无
厘头情节比比皆是，最后的结论只能是这哥们是精神病。

难怪本夫年末时看它得到那么多奖项或提名，以为它是个刚出来的新片，想去欣赏一番
