发帖数: 1481 | 10 感谢分享。也来唐两句吧，塞班上Sims或者Hurts基本上是前任OC气氛急于求成的缘故
吧。这种”能跑能传”的QB在训练中一般都是比较出彩的，很快能出成绩，但是长远来
看，天花板问题严重，不管多打多少比赛，不会有太多长进，打不了硬仗。LSU前QB
Jordan Jefferson, 八盖现任大五QB JTB，Sims, Hurts也都属这个范围，几年下来，
原地踏步，伤害球队整体利益。
反过来讲，pro-style QB培养时间长，见效慢，但是天花板很高，培养好，威力巨大。
这些QB往往在口袋坍塌，冒着断腿风险的情况下递出致命一传，这种传球给DB的心理冲
击是巨大的，最为有效地keep DB honest，给自己的跑攻队提供更大空间。
因此来讲，这几年巴马的QB选择确实走了几次弯路。2014年就应该把Coker扶正，从头
开始培养，而不是急于求成选用Sims，以致最终功亏一篑。YY一下，2014年要是Coker
这个重炮手和Amari Cooper， Derrick Henry 联手，糖碗会更加精彩。2016年也不应

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

你是如何具体地保护住你的心不受到伤害的？
是feel hurt,但是it doesn't really bother you
还是根本不feel hurt?”
首先，feel hurt的时候就在第一时间告诉对方 I feel hurt，很明确的说:我感到很伤
心/我感到很不舒服。不要问：你问什么这样说/这话是什么意思，因为对方解释的时候
，双方很容易进入否定对方的战斗。
既然是你的亲人，他们说话的本意肯定不是hurt你（当然这个“亲人”要看你自己的定
义了），很多时候父母/伴侣这样说话，可能是因为习惯。。他们从来没有想过他们的
习惯对你的伤害。在知道你的反应以后，他们一般会措辞谨慎一些。
还有，就是要爱自己。我在我的能力范围之内做的好不好？我又没有尽我的力？对于自
己能做到又有不足的地方，我又没有计划去改变一下？全面的评价自己的优点和缺点，
才不会被别人的看法影响自己。。。说的不对的是他们的偏见，而不是自己的缺点。
还有，一个tip：无论你多受伤害，努力在谈话结束的时候由你来wrap up一下。这样你
