谷歌和微软已经在印度设立研发中心，苹果也跟上来了。据外电报道，苹果将在印度海
得拉巴（Hyderabad）建立一个研发中心，这也是苹果首次在美国之外建立研发中心。
新研发中心占地25万平方英尺（2.3万平米），安置在威弗洛(WaveRock)大厦内，威弗
洛是世界一流房地产开发商铁狮门（Tishman Speyer）在海得拉巴开发的大楼。研发中
心耗资将达2500万美元，预计可以创造4500个职位。威弗洛集中了许多IT企业的研发部
门，包括Infosys、Wipro、微软、Cognizant等。
苹果研发中心将于6月开始运营，到年底完全投入使用。研发中心主要开发iPhone、Mac
系统使用的地图。此前苹果曾在班加罗尔（Bengaluru）建有技术支持中心，但中心早
在10年前就关闭了，因为它的服务质量不高。此后苹果只在公司内部开发核心技术，主

1） 最近才在朋友圈得知，我们那届的市高考状元现在g家当马公。 学霸当年的确很牛
，我等学渣只能高山仰止他。 每次高中大考模考，年级前5名的位置学霸总是常驻的，
其他几个座总是人来人往，唯有学霸不变。 在高考3天的那种高压环境下，其他几位竞
争者都歇菜了，学霸处事不惊，顺利摘得我市状元，自然去了top2，然后又是上电视上
报纸的，风光无限。 时间过的快，人phd也早拿了，工作几年了，看看linkedin
profile，现在已是泯然众人、做着差不多的project，走着差不多的career path。而
且学霸到现在都还单身。。。。。我想他的能力远不止于此。 想想这些大公司
也真是污，揽了一众高端人才，让人甘心乐意当零件。
而且马公越来越蓝领化，刷上几个月题，大公司、热门就纷纷进了。 搞得一众化学的
生物的，刷几遍题也纷纷的转行。 再过几年，马公就彻底成农民工行当了，管你多
smart，还是cs phd通通都踩成螺丝钉。 而且更悲催的是，我们这些马公码农们，分分
钟的可能会被来自Hyderabad的假简历给干翻了。

尼玛，大公司动辄给出20-30万package, 工作十年的，上40-50万是常事， 怎么对不起
你们了。所谓高端人才，大多数都是书呆子，刷题手熟而已。
我们这些马公码农们，分分钟的可能会被来自Hyderabad的假简历给干翻了。

I have applied for the H1B VISA through MAX consultant in 2014, so far they
are keep saying me that it is under process and I have not get any document
or proof that it is under process. Spend more then 35K. When I contact them,
they keep telling me that employer is delaying the process.

总结一下，和大家平时的观察基本一致，不过都是很正面的评价。老中真的落后许多了
，真心感觉对老中应该很有启发。
１，人际关系，能够上下级通吃，处理事情圆滑，会表现也会收拢人心。
２，社交关系网，感情交流，传帮带。
３，志向远大，想做管理。
４，坚持在一个公司持续发展。
想想自己，特别不会和上级SOCIAL。不是不想，是那种特意的感觉令自己非常不舒服，
就不去做了。不过，我就是这种性格，留在国内也一样，和语言无关。

印度抢先中国一步，成功向火星发射探测器，随后北京呼吁“共同努力”以确保外太空
和平。11月5日下午，火箭搭载着“曼加里安”号飞行器升空，使得印度成为排在美国
、俄罗斯和欧洲之后第四个向火星发射探测器的国家。预计明年9月进入红色星球的轨
道。“外太空是全人类的共同财富，各国拥有和平探索和利用外太空的权利。”中国外

Former 'Softie here with a couple observations.
The 6-month break for vendors is going to be a disaster for some groups. I
predict it may get rescinded or pushed back as the deadline approaches.
My wife was a v- dev for the last few years (she just left for an FTE offer
elsewhere). In her origination, almost ALL of the actual production is done
by vendors, which number as many as FTEs. The FTEs are always busy all day
