印度抢先中国一步，成功向火星发射探测器，随后北京呼吁“共同努力”以确保外太空
和平。11月5日下午，火箭搭载着“曼加里安”号飞行器升空，使得印度成为排在美国
、俄罗斯和欧洲之后第四个向火星发射探测器的国家。预计明年9月进入红色星球的轨
道。“外太空是全人类的共同财富，各国拥有和平探索和利用外太空的权利。”中国外
交部发言人洪磊在新闻发布会上被问及如何看待印度探测火星时说。同时，他表示国际

长久以来，美国企业利用H-1B工作签证计划招聘全球人才。许多外国人才最终获得
美国永久居留权甚至成为公民，更有许多移民在硅谷创业，实现了美国梦。不过，总统
当选人川普(特朗普)批评，H-1B已成为“廉价劳动力项目”，受到“普遍而猖獗”的滥
用，誓言将对该计划进行重大改革。
目前，H-1B签证每年为美国企业引进近10万名高技能合同工，其中大多来自印度。
根据联邦指导方针，H-1B签证是为了在企业无法找到合适的美国员工的情况下，填补美
国人力的短缺。不过，许多政界人士认为，该签证计划遭到滥用，而且公司也没有完全
依照法律要求来使用H-1B签证计划。
即将上任的川普总统，对H-1B签证计划提出了大量批评。他和他提名的司法部长塞
申斯(Jeff Sessions)已经表明，要对H-1B签证计划进行重大修正，甚至可能完全废止

我想呼吁大家要团结、别撕逼。工作搞aa，教育搞亚裔细分，滥用工签等等，都在恶化
我们的生存环境，好多人甚至都不知，直接踩着我们的人中，乌泱大量的人都不算在
Asian 而是Caucasian。说到底，我们华人整体在北美IT有多大发展和前景，在乎大环境
和我们自己整体的氛围。你一辈子愿意在公司打工，做的很优秀，无可厚非，也只是高
端版的工程师。如果你想你后半生或者下一代还能体面的生存，就还是要有些安得广厦
千万间的想法。
啰嗦这么多，最后想说：
1） 不同公司的员工之间不要相互撕逼了，那种中国式的高人一等的优越感在资本家面
前都是个屁，人家只当你是个螺丝； 一只chicken去了麦当劳还是米其林三星，还不都
变成一块鸡肉么？
2） 面试别人时，爱玩回字有几种写法的，请高抬贵手吧，基本东西知道，人品没问题

公司Notion Ink已经开发出首款谷歌开源操作系统Android的触控屏平板电脑，这款电
