are exposing them to dangerous hydraulic pressure tests.

We are looking at one property these days and in serious discussion with the
seller. In the disclosure, the seller said that they have patched several
cracks in the basement with hydraulic cement to stop seepage. Today we went
into the basement to do another review. While we feel the basement is kind
of dry, we did see several horizontal and vertical cracks with water stains.
We took six pictures for some big ones (see attached file). Could you do me |

to the catalog price I've seen. I love mine, it is hydraulically driven,

make sure you get pipes long enough to cover your poor from your skimmer. |

发帖数: 1284 | 18 这个问题从买房子的时候就注意到了，Inspector当时说装了gutter能缓解很多。事实
上也的确如此，装gutter以前随便下几个小时雨都会渗水到地下室里，装了之后除非是
连续1，2天下雨，地下室一般没有水。现在想根治这个问题，找了几个landscaping
service，有的说不是他们的specialty，有的说要在外面装french pipe，把水尽量引
走，当然也不便宜，还有一个说可以找specialist看能不能封住crack。
据我自己观察，水都是从bulkhead concrete和basement concrete的连接处渗进来的，
首先堆积在最后两级台阶上，然后流进basement。主要是因为下雨时间太长导致外面的
soil饱和然后往里渗。我问了公司同事，有人推荐说用hydraulic cement来糊住连接处
，请问这样做有效吗？
有别的方法也请不吝赐教！ |

，但是至今只漏过一次，本来想买点HD的那种hydraulic cement往接口处补一补，但是
有人说这个方法是临时的不奏效，因为水会往其他地方渗漏，所以有人建议装internal
drain pipe和sump pump，但这样的话会破坏basement的floor, 我的地下室是装修过
的，不知那种方法更好一点，一般这种漏水怎么修？ |

个低。我自己去年才买的。也问了好几个价，所以有数。别的款不知道。你还要看生产
日期。不要是店里的存货，5年或者10年前生产的。新款的U1是hydraulic closure（有
可能拼错）,小朋友不会盖琴的时候，压着手指。 |

authorized distributor有EDI系统可以直接订货和报价，里面有所有关于sales ,
distributionship的数据，价格，客户，订单等等。这些都是私人保密的。能看到这些
价格也只是说你清楚对方卖给你多少利润而已。
石油油田这些属于我的领域，就是hydraulic, fluid power products， motion
conrtrol这些。油田油井等这些国内多是大批用美国的件。工业设备美国用中国的产品
很少，基本没有什么市场，都是相反。可以去问问周边亚洲国家，虽然大部分也是都用
欧美的。工业应用基本都是奔厂家或者说牌子去的。
不要自己认识一个国内厂商的熟人就想把产品卖到美国来，当然想法可以理解，但是应
该先熟悉产品和行业才能做sales，任何公司都不缺任何一种产品。自己都不知道领域
内什么情况，有哪些name brand，供应商是谁，价格如何等怎么和人家推销呢？当然如
果只是发发邮件心理安慰也行。想从开始锻炼最好先去阿里巴巴等这些网站练练，别说
新手，就是很大公司也有在那挂名的。要是连最基本的联系，communication form |

你想创业这里面有交集。
我们公司也做wind power的外贸，推广了一段了，还是我帮助弄得brochure。因为wind
power进出口里面很多都是用到我们代理的hydraulic的设备和品牌。前段时间看老板
雄心勃勃说这个生意很大，还跑了几个国家，现在也没再有消息。国内做wind power
system的我还记了两家大客户。我不是很懂，但是看公司这么弄显然有渠道和道理。
做这个就是我说的基本以纯粹贸易为主了，也就是说你将来就是一个商人买卖报价谈谈
生意，distributor。里面专业技术的就差着和几乎没有了，或者说这些基本上就是做
熟了谁都能做的，学英语系的也一样做。这个和你想开创自己的产业还是不同的道路。
所以看你自己的目的了，是更要做engineer 设计这些，还是business，trading，或者
都兼具一些。
感觉按你所说如果你能有机会在像我们这样的distributor类型公司实践一下是最好了
。但是这样的公司都不会pay的很好也一般不招intern。我们招过印度的inte |

多设计project了，就把我安排做一点sales相关的主要是打杂开始。
你可以看看thomasnet，这里都是专门很多这样的distributor公司的，大的小的都有。
我们公司有一个国内伙伴在上海的做hydraulic power unit的，美国现在这些基本还都
是中国进口的，用于修车店，车辆，小型起重等升降机构。这个美国需求很大，上海这
家老板也是几年前从美国海龟的学英语的，现在美国从我们公司找他的订单就好几千只
了。这个需要一点技术，要根据客户要求设计相应的motor和size，选阀门等。但是基
本就是那几种combination，不复杂。
这个动力单元我了解过，国内产品基本都差不了多少，价钱也接近。懂一点电路和液压
知识的买两个样品拆开看看就明白了。有兴趣的可以试试这个biz。 |

的因素。另外厂家做SHIPPING当然比你自己找FORWARDER要贵，人家不可能给你找最便
宜的。
下面是海边出货的一个比较低的报价做参考。每个空港海港的价格也都不一样，LA应该是最便宜的了。这个货如果不是从LA出，离开哪怕２００迈价格可能就翻翻了。（这个超重了，要算２个立方米体积，否则还能便宜１００来块）

royalty，而不是loyalty。
1. 关于低油价的起因：楼主分析的透彻，从技术层面是的。但是不要忘记了实际还有
大的政治经济环境的影响。中国 的 经济增长的低于预期,美国的经济增长的强劲让美
元兑换很多货币都升值，这也间接推低了油价。更不用说那些沙特，俄罗斯，美国等的
阴谋论在内了。但油价的急速下降还有至少很大的因素是人们的speculation。尤其是
那些energytrading，所以造成了油价的不对称和不符合市场的快速下降。
2.关于裁员和预算消减。如果大家注意的话，休斯顿的大的综合性石油公司早在今年上
半年就开始成规模的消减预算，清理人员的。chevron在8月就宣布整个公司的（内部)
18个月的不招人计划。BP从13年就开始重组，砍人了。在今年四月的他们的move their
us 陆地的部门成为一个子公司，砍掉了2100 到1700左右，这只是美国陆地部门而已
