“去找COX inhibitor”吗？:) 最早ibuprofen是抗关节痛的药耶。
不幸的是，无论伟哥还是各种NSAID，它们的发现都是“神农尝百草”式的，
通过各种玄妙不靠谱的理论瞎猜一下，然后有了临床药效反推，我们可爱的
微观机理研究在其发现过程中并没有什么决定性意义。
更别说什么对HIV病毒的研究，投入多少钱啊，是不是还要继续蒙着头
酸酸的说植物提取物是“alternative medicine”？呵呵。
还不是人家证明有疗效了，跑去巴巴的提取出来，最后发一些多半
不能重复的CNS文章说“哦，这个的机理是xxx”。
也不用跟我争什么细节，我跳出这个坑已经好多年了。如果现在的
分子生物学研究对药物筛选和合成有极其显著的作用，工业界工作根本就不会少。
人类对生命健康的需求，远超过什么软件金融。对吧？事实说话。
（这里不讨论和生物医学不相关的生命科学部分，那些真正乐于做知识性
探索性研究的，可以自得其乐）

有些药的价差，可能是品牌决定的吧：比如辉瑞的Advil（ibuprofen）就愣是要比CVS

发帖数: 370 | 3 嗯，我觉得你说的对，我平常体温是比较低，在体表测一般都不上36度。而且我很少发
烧，基本上从小到大发烧的次数感觉一只手就能数过来。
昨天晚上早早睡了，可是12点的时候醒过来，觉得两个大腿特别酸痛，尤其是腹股沟的
地方，脑袋也热涨，感觉连呼出的气也是热的。终于没忍住去吃了IBUPROFEN。结果很
快，大概不到1个小时，就觉得腿不那么疼了，脑袋也不那么热了。
现在醒过来感觉好多了，就是鼻子还比较难受。
以前感冒我都不屑于吃（西）药的，因为觉得都是对症的治疗，治标不治本，没有什么
用。还不如靠自己身体抗过来，还能增加抵抗力。在国内的时候最多就是吃点银翘片。
来这边好几年了，基本上没有怎么大感冒过，最多是鼻子嗓子难受几天就好了。像这样
全身症状的还是第一次。
所以，想请教fivestone，这个IBUPROFEN，我要不要继续吃呢？我倾向是先不吃了，等
发烧，痛了再吃。想听听您的意见。谢谢啦！

发帖数: 50 | 8 我觉的也是我们的责任告诉prescribing doctor这个病人在吃suboxone, 至于要不要给
那个病人继续吃norco是那个医生要决定的。 既然那个MD把norco换成ibuprofen 800就
说明了医生其实根本不知道这个病人在用suboxone。
我觉得楼主做的很好，我觉得有没有provide patient education很多时候得看那个病
人接不接受。当这个病人被告知norco被换成ibuprofen了以后漫骂的态度其实就决定了
他其实去er就是想要norco。药剂师不仅又责任provide patient education也有责任
appropriate use of medication, 在这个病人身上用norco就是inappropriate的。
最后一句，其实病人多重要，自己的license也很重要。懂得保护自己是我一直在
retail做每个药剂师都告诉我的。假设这个病人用了norco后出了什么问题， 别人来查
，一个药剂师明明知道这个病人在用suboxone还给fill norco而且没有告诉prescriber
是失职的。

其他的止痛药。但是在retail工作真的没有想像的那么单纯。drug seeker不是本着听
你的劝告来的，她是把你看做一个一个零售商，你说多少他给你多少理由。
我给他换成high dose ibuprofen 之后，他喊：我根本不要f*** ibuprofen, 肯定没用.
说实在的，要是我的manager，肯定给他fill了。我最后是本着职业道德和保护我自己
的license。有时候在retail这样做会失去客户，是manager不愿意看到的。 |

讨厌自己的课题，觉得很垃圾；讨厌自己的专业，觉得非常的没有前途。
早上上班的时候非常痛苦，觉得头疼，上不来气。每天上午是一天中最精神的时候，到
了下午就不行了，完全的做不了什么事情（除了上网），到了晚上回家只想躺着。即使
勉强自己去干点什么，效率特别低，感觉非常累。每到周六不用上班，醒的很早，然后
做好吃的。想出去锻炼身体，觉得身上一点力气都没有。
我不知道自己的抑郁有多严重。我不想去看心理医生，也不想吃抗抑郁药，很想自己来
调节。平时吃饭睡眠都很好，就是有时候觉得浑身都难受的要命，提不起精神，知道自
己一副苦瓜脸、tired脸，然后尽量装作没事人一样。不过从来没有去死的念头，因为
我已经看开了，早就放松了对自己的要求，而且我觉得自己是那种会杀人也不会自杀的
人。不过如果有一天病痛折磨我，我倒是非常有可能想早点解脱。
我发现吃Ibuprofen和Tylenol感觉特别好。我有时候干活多了，手指特别疼，医生推荐
吃Ibuprofen，我吃了感觉很high，就是心情舒畅多了，沉甸甸的感觉好多了。有时候

我们上周3去看医生，也说是virus，烧了4天后，周末出了一身疹子。
你要注意，可能到后期还会有腹泻的症状。
（小玫瑰拉了2天，可怜的小人一下子就瘦了。
我每天填鸭式喂到28磅了，现在一下子就轻了。55555）
高烧时，可以泰渃和ibuprofen交替隔3小时喂。
ibuprofen对高烧降温效果特别好。
如果腹泻，可以将苹果蒸熟了吃，有止泻的作用。

譬如jerk这个词。

specialized化。 美国一个受过高等教育的白领对常见疾病没有概念， 对药品成分
没有概念， 他们只知道头疼发烧咳嗽， 很少有能区分扁桃体炎腮腺炎淋巴结肿大的
， 更不会把motrin和ibuprofen等同。 美国稍微复杂点的领域就是隔行如隔山，

1.有顶级大学医院，一些specialist水平很高，能用前沿的疗法。
2.程序规则比较完善，按protocol走不会错得很离谱。
坏处是：
1.收费高。2. 诉讼结果导致什么破事都差个遍，花费无数。3.医院capacity比较低，
约个appointment有时要很久。
所有米国没事不要去医院，有疑难病症要去中心大医院。
病理明显的到哪个医院都会给你按standard of care流程走，但是病因隐晦的要让那些
什么county hospital的三流大夫从生理全局出发，给你找到MRI和血样上一眼看不到的
病因，就是缘木求鱼了。
米国人理工科能力本来就比中国人就普遍差一截，进医学院虽然竞争很强但还是很多庸
人。等到match residency，一流人才都到Harvard Hopkins Stanford之类，去地区非
大学医院的，净是些既没兴趣做research又实习表现平平的人，这类大夫混出
residency以后基本也只知道follow routine。
你去找他看个什么不适，如果一眼看不出什么毛病，就先验血查生化，MRI，这个镜那
