晚饭过后又好了很多，每天如此，持续了3个星期，主要是上眼眶眉宇间和太阳穴部位
。如果用热水不断的敷感觉稍好，疼的时常引起呕吐。
其他症状就是鼻子里老有鼻涕，不是清水那种，也无色，稍觉鼻子不太通，但不影响呼
吸。
看了两次医生（不同的），第一个说是sinus infection，开了抗生素，吃了不管用（
只有副作用）；今天又看了一个（这次是通过预约的，第一次是walk-in的），还是没
查出个所以然来，开了Fluticasone Propionate （nasal）和Ibuprofen治头疼的，不
知道会不会有用。关键是这到底是咋回事阿？唯一我能想起来的是感恩节期间有轻微感
冒过。这头疼起来简直要裂了，什么也不能干，很痛苦。
这有可能是鼻窦炎之类的么？抗生素既然不管用的话是不是就排除了这个？希望各位给
点建议，应该做些什么检查，今天医生就做了最基本的会诊（耳，眼，体温，呼吸，尿
检和抽血测铁），过两天再抽血测试（因为今天吃了早餐），还应该做些什么特别的检
查呢？

周四在daycare第一次出现。据daycare说烧到100以上。Daycare说联系我们不上。所以
没有证实发热的程度。回家以后有短暂的低热，精神还好。一夜无事，周五又去了
daycare.
周五白天没听daycare报告异常。下午接回家在外吃的晚饭。中间喝水湿了衣服裤子。
衣服是立马换了，裤子因为没带多余的就等回家换的，大概就10分钟吧。大概6点多就
回家了。晚上8点过一点发现发烧。没有吃药。让睡了。没有特别多盖被子，因为是爸
爸带的，反而比平常还少（没有穿睡衣）。头上放了块湿毛巾。10点多给穿上睡衣，腋
下101度.小人半梦半醒之间抓着妈妈不放。于是妈妈就感觉到小人的热度一会儿高，一
会儿正常。大概持续了半个小时吧。12点的时候给用冷毛巾敷头招到拒绝。口腔103度
多。给了Ibuprofen， |

Major treatment for gout in acute phase include: NSAIDs, colchicine,
corticosteroid, for long term treatment include: allopurinol, probenecid.

也足够止疼了。 MOTRIN也OK。

总结一下就是其实还是ibuprofen类的药就是一次吃多点是吧，明白了。去整点ADVIL看
看会不会小有区别。

宝宝2岁半。
上周宝宝突然发烧，还抽搐了，赶紧送到emergency.
到了医院之后就没啥发烧了，x光显示也没啥。
在家呆了一周，基本没发烧。
就是咳嗽和呼吸声音重，就给用inhaler给药。
去了daycare2天，昨天夜里突然发烧，102度多。
赶紧给了退烧药吃。
今天又去看了医生。
医生说flu症状明显，可是flu测试是阴性。
但医生还是坚持是flu。给了flu的药。
刚刚很吓人，体温计量到过106度。不过这个温度好像是暂时的，或者体温计问题。
之后就稳定在103度左右。
现在在家物理降温。每6小时吃ibuprofen,还有acetominophen。
这大夜里，不知道到底该不该去急诊看？
到底多少度该去急诊看？

relief... I'm dealing with constant chest pain and really having trouble

getting other contagious bugs.

我今年做过两次手术，一次是膝关节镜手术，还有一次是脚上囊肿切除。这两次手术都
比较简单，一个上午就结束，马上就回家。
在这里做手术通常都是全身麻醉，手术通常安排在早上，一般一大清早就要到医院去办
手续，早上不能吃任何食物，水也不能喝，必须等到手术结束后才能进食。
手术后医生会开止痛片，这种止痛片会引起便秘，最好改吃ibuprofen止痛。
乳腺癌以及大肠癌与维生素D缺乏有密切的关系，补充维生素D对于防止各种癌症有重要的作用。 |

发帖数: 2869 | 34 一个半小时前刚在牙医那里植了两颗牙，植在右边下面最后两颗位置。
以前在公司看到同事植牙，吃饭的时候脸都是肿的，因此一直对植牙有恐惧感。不过我
的牙医强烈建议我植牙，说没那么痛苦，终于决定做植牙。植牙是请外面专门的牙医到
我的牙医诊所做。从麻醉到手术结束总共1个半小时，手术差不多1小时。总的来说感觉
还可以，不是太痛苦。难受的主要是要熬一小时，嘴巴一直要张开，一个小时下来有点
累。如果能全麻就好了，这样睡一觉起来就结束了。
植牙的牙医技术还不错，至少打麻药的技术比我以前看过的所有牙医（至少5个以上）
都要好，一般牙医打麻药时都是一次打很多，感觉很痛，而这次牙医打了至少五个地方
，每次注射一点点，痛感好很多。
植牙手术基本上分这几个步骤，先是麻药，然后割开牙肉，然后在牙床上打洞，植入钛
合金（桩子），然后固定，再缝合切开的牙肉。
现在麻药作用已经过了，由于吃了抗菌素和ibuprofen， 基本没有多少痛感，也没流很多
少血，手术完了后感觉比拔牙后还好. |

Any diahhea?
If no medication taking and fresh red blood, could be hemorhoid,
diverticulosis, or other uncommon causes.
If bloody diarrhea, maybe ibd, although unlikely for her age.
If black stool, then she needs workup, especially if she is not taking any
NSAIDs, and iron pills. |

would advise against anticoagulant such warfarin. Thrombus will eventually
dissolve or scar down. It takes time and can be frustrating. If she also has
venous incompetence, compression stocking helps, 20-30 mmhg is standard.
DVT is another animal, treatment is different, make sure she doesn't have
that. |

. Even tension headache is not an accurate diagnosis by lmh's standard (lack
of understanding what's really going on but doctors have to give it a name
for many purposes including coding purpose) (sorry, lmh, no offense :( ).
As for treatment, no clinical trials have shown any treatment is really
effective. But you can try ibuprofen from over the counter, and some other

Btw, he may still be a candidate for surgery, but it has been shown that

Don't pinch the stinger -- that can inject more venom.
2. Control Swelling
Ice the area.
If you were stung on your arm or leg, elevate it.

发帖数: 117 | 50 主要是右侧腰以下至脚痛。疼痛的地方游移不定，有时候靠近臀部，有时候又是脚背和
小腿前面。已经去了两次urgent care。拍了L3L4部位的x光片，说那里没问题。拍片的
原因是用小锤敲右膝盖那里没反应。两次不同的医生都只是建议吃一些OTC的止痛药，
比如ibuprofen, Tylenol, aleve之类，都不太管用。也试过oxycodone,止痛效果很好
，但是副作用太大。
今天买了几片lidoderm patch，贴的部位也只是痛感减轻，但是贴了之后其它原本不太
痛的地方又开始痛了。
请问这到底是什么引起的？还有什么办法或者药可以缓解？
